The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. Shaky Start But So Worth It
Everything I hoped it would be. I love it. Just a warning though. When the detachable section is first used it does not stay in as well as it should. I think the magnet part needed to get set. However, after two or three tries it stays in and it stays in well. So thankful I purchased it.

Poor quality threading for screwing on shower head and hose.
The water pressure is strong, which is good. Switching to the hand held Is convenient, as well as cycling through the various spray functions. I gave a rating of only 3 stars because I had trouble attaching the shower head and the hand held hose without a lot of leaking and I ended up stripping the plastic threads. I had to use a lot of plumbers tape in order to stop the connections from leaking.

Magnet still not strong enough
I bought 4 of these for our new construction. I had read the reviews about the head not staying in because the magnet is strong enough. I specifically asked the salesperson at the plumbing store about this and she assured me that had been fixed and was not the case for the new ones. She was wrong. My kids came and used them for the first time and the only way to get the handheld to stay in is to have the shower head so far upright the water sprays all over the shower door. I don’t want to pay for new ones given we just got these but I’m not going to keep something that doesn’t work correctly and is constantly falling out. Lesson learned…don’t trust sales people.

Bad design!
Not worth the money! The handheld head falls out unless the head is all the way up. It falls out if bumped. Not the quality I would expect from Delta!

Cheaply made and faulty
Made of mostly plastic parts and when attaching the head it will not stay in place. The weight of the hose pulls it down hitting you in the head. Very disappointed for the money.

Terrible. Avoid this bad design
We just spent a ton of money to totally re-do our main bathroom. This shower head was installed by the contractor and was immediately a problem. The hand held unit fell out and could not be positioned back in holder unit. It hangs loose and is a failure.

Works fine as shower or hand shower
We needed a hand shower for our grandkids - because we don’t have a bathtub. Works great. I also use it to wash sand off my feet. It’s plastic - so we’ll see how long it lasts, but for the price it’s exactly what we need.

The hand held wond is hard to remove, it moves the shower head when you try to remove it from the head. The shower head has not been install yet at this point in time because of problems with contractor.

Hand held magnet not strong enough.
The magnet that is intended to hold the hand shower in the shower head is not strong enough, causing the hand shower to fall haphazardly. We are concerned that the hand shower will break our new tile wall when it comes crashing down.

The hand held isn't secure
The hand held piece, if not carefully and perfectly, placed in the head falls out. Is there any way to make it more secure? Also it was installed too high and I need an extender to lower it. The one I was on line can take 5lbs. How much does this weigh?

need quite a long piece coming out of the wall in order to get the shower head facing down. As shown on the picture the stream of water hits the other side of the tub!

Poor Quality
Poor quality! Wand easily disconnects. Just finished renovating of master bathroom. Only one week of being installed and wand broke. Called Delta customer service warranty department. After a long hold they declined to help me with the replacement because item was not bought thru Delta.com. I had to call build.com (where I purchased item) for them to help me with replacement.

The centerpiece the removal Sprayer portion of the shower head will not stay in place when angled down. Supposed to hold magnetically but it falls right out of place.

Q&A
Does this shower head contain latex (also called natural rubber, dry rubber, rubber, caucho, natural rubber latex) or is the "rubber" in the Touch Clean nozzles synthetic rubber or silicone? I've a severe latex allergy.

Delta does not specify Latex material in its showering products. However, because thermoplastic rubber (which is a physical mix of polymers) is used in some of the products, we can’t guarantee that there is no Latex contained in those products. Use of thermoplastic rubber in these kinds of applications is common.
We understand that some individuals have a severe allergic reaction to Latex. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that there is no Latex present in the material. However, we do not specify the use of Latex material.

how is the hose stretchable....from 60 to 82 inches? Also, what parts are stainless steel and what parts are plastic? thank you!

Our shower heads and hand showers use a propriety combination of both metal and plastic components to ensure a long lasting, high quality product, while maintaining safety control for the various temperatures of water that go through the product. With any shower head or hand shower, the part of the faucet that you would grab onto is typically made of a plastic or a plastic-mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion and retains heat. The Stainless Steel interlocking metal coil spirals around the stretchable hose inside allowing for the extra space when fully stretched.

I'm looking for this new model to hit the retail market soon. Where I can go, compare, and buy a best match finish to my current brushed nickel bath finishes. Is this shower head still in limited release? I can't find a single customer review on it.

Please suggest the a tub faucet that would match this shower head. Also need a suggestion on the accessor that will match that changes the water flow to the shower head from the water running into tub. Thanks
Thank you for your question, Joseph! I would recommend the RP53419 tub spout, which has a pull-up diverter, that would allow you to divert the water from the tub spout to the shower head.
