We purchased 2 of these shower heads for our home. One of them has worked flawlessly for 4 years. The other one the wand slowly stoped working. I called Delta customer service and without any trouble and a very short description of the problem on my part, Delta is shipping a complete unit at no cost. The customer service person was friendly and made sure i got the exact replacement. Would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to swap it out. Customer service is 5 star rating.

Your document DSP-B-58474 Rev. C specifies a 2.5 gpm flow rate at 80PSI. Do you have a flow rate chart for other PSIs? Many homes on wells only range from 30-60PSI so it would be helpful to know what the flow rate is for those pressures.

Unfortunately, we don't have a chart of the flow rate at different water pressures. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes. We recommend a minimum of 30 psi for Delta pressure balanced showers.

Is there a smaller hose that can be used for this shower head, 60-82" is way too long, or something used to clamp it down, it sticks out way too far .

How do you keep the hand held from falling off? Is there a button?

To combine the shower head and hand shower, insert the top slot on the hand shower into the tab of the shower head. Push the hand shower into the shower head until the two parts snap together.

How do you change the setting on a 58474 SS25 shower head?

On the top of the shower head where it connects to the shower arm there is a lever. Flipping this lever will provide you an option to use the shower head only, the hand shower only, and both at the same time. To switch mnodes on the handshower all you need to do us press the button.

Our Delta units provide more water at the same pressure. So at 80 PSI(per square inch) the 58473 and 58474 showerheads have a flow rate of 1.75 GPM and the 58473-25 and 58474-25 showerheads have a flow rate of 2.5 GPM.

The water coming out the sprayers is not very strong, I had my bathroom redone with all new water lines. Is there a water saver part that can be be removed to get better water pressure, I'd be very disappointed if there was nothing to fix.
