The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. We purchased 2 of these shower heads for our home. One of them has worked flawlessly for 4 years. The other one the wand slowly stoped working. I called Delta customer service and without any trouble and a very short description of the problem on my part, Delta is shipping a complete unit at no cost. The customer service person was friendly and made sure i got the exact replacement. Would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to swap it out. Customer service is 5 star rating.

How do I get both shower base and wand to spray water? I can only switch one or the other via handle on the right of the base

The Delta Faucet model 58474-25 H2Okinetic® In2ition® 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower In Chrome can be diverted between only the hand shower and the showerhead using the diverter on the side of the showerhead. An external diverter rough-in valve and trim or 3-way shower arm diverter will be required for any additional components.

Does this shower head have a setting that would be similar to a jet spray?

What the difference between model 58474-SS-PR and 58474-SS-PR25

when i press the button on the hand held I got a softer flow but when I try to go back and push the button it moves but nothing happens. How do I get back to a stronger flow. Any advice?

If you are having trouble, we would recommend soaking the hand held in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.

We have this shower head in champagne bronze and it has become stained with unsightly white mineral deposits. What is the safest way to remove the deposits without damaging the finish?

We recommend cleaning Delta Faucet products with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.
If additional cleaning is required the following products are safe to use on all Delta Faucet finishes, when used according to the manufacturers’ instructions for use:
Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner
Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner
Windex® Original Glass Cleaner
Other gentle all-purpose or multi-surface cleaners may also be used. Please do not use anything labeled “all-purpose bathroom cleaner".

I am interested in using the H2Okinetic® In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower MODEL#: 58474-SS25 with an overhead rain shower head. Could you please recommend one. Also what type of diverter would I use with that? Thank you.

The 58474-SS25 has a square body so I would recommend 52283-SS, please see the link below.

When it comes to the diverter there is two options:
Option 1) R11000, and any T118 trim kit
OR
Option 2) R22000 and any T24 or T27 trim kit
These trim ktis are all based on your preference.

If I’m putting in 2 jets with this shower head, will the 3way diverter allow me to use both aspects of the wand and the jets or will I have to purchase a different diverter

I just had this shower head Installed. When I adjust the angle or turn on the water the hand held part does not stay in place , it just falls to the length of the hose. Am I doing something wrong or do I have a defective one?

To combine the two showers, insert the top slot on the hand shower into the tab of the shower head. Push the hand shower into the shower head until the two parts snap together. See the manual here:

We just installed the 58474-25. We have discovered the removable spray unit is too heavy for the magnets/clip to hoild in place. When we put the shower head in the correct position it falls out. Anyone else have this problem and is there a soluton?

Will this shower and hand held work with a trinsic trim kit?

We have your In2ition® Two-in-One Shower heads and love it; however, after about a year of use now we're getting a high screech sound when using all the jets. Turn off the outside perimeter jets, or turn hot water down, screech goes away. Why & a Fix?

Mineral deposits can build up over time and restrict the water flow. We recommend soaking in 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing. This should help with noise caused by restricted water.
