The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. Delta® H2Okinetic® PowerDrench® Showers look different because they are different. H2Okinetic® showers are powered by an innovative technology that sculpts the water into a unique wave pattern, giving you the feeling of more water without using more water and creating a shower with more warmth, coverage and intensity. So go ahead and indulge, because now you can enjoy the feeling of more water without using more water. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, without worrying about overspray or water waste. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too.

Wrote to Delta because they don’t publish a customer service email, and no response. I am an interior designer and I will never spec their products again. Do not recommend this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost 5 Stars We purchased 2 of these shower heads for our home. One of them has worked flawlessly for 4 years. The other one the wand slowly stoped working. I called Delta customer service and without any trouble and a very short description of the problem on my part, Delta is shipping a complete unit at no cost. The customer service person was friendly and made sure i got the exact replacement. Would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to swap it out. Customer service is 5 star rating.

&nbsp; how is the hose stretchable....from 60 to 82 inches? &nbsp;Also, what parts are stainless steel and what parts are plastic? &nbsp;thank you!

Our shower heads and hand showers use a propriety combination of both metal and plastic components to ensure a long lasting, high quality product, while maintaining safety control for the various temperatures of water that go through the product. With any shower head or hand shower, the part of the faucet that you would grab onto is typically made of a plastic or a plastic-mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion and retains heat. The Stainless Steel interlocking metal coil spirals around the stretchable hose inside allowing for the extra space when fully stretched. Best regards, Edward

Is the shower &nbsp;Head made from plastic or metal?&nbsp;

With any shower head, or hand shower, the part of the faucet that you would grab onto is typically made of a high grade plastic or a plastic-mixture, for both safety, as well as to help prevent accidental scalding as metal is susceptible to corrosion and retains heat. What valve goes with the 58464-SS25? &nbsp;We need one that the hot/cold is separate than the on/off. &nbsp;Can we order it in a kit with valve to turn it on off? &nbsp;If not, would the T17T086SS work with it?

Thank you for your question, Brian5316! This model is expected to start shipping in June and should be available in stores by mid June 2019. Currently, the 58474 model will have a 1.75 GPM flow rate and the 58474-25 model will have a 2.5 GPM flow rate at 80 PSI. These will be available in a variety of finishes. Best regards, Jon

Will this shower head work with an adjustable arm or a sliding arm?
