Our shower heads feature a wide range of styles and innovations, and install in less than 20 minutes - no special tools required. The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. Now I’m told I need a new cartridge @ 125.00. Plus can’t find a customer service number to have a conversation about this. Not a happy customer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can not adjust tilt of shower head I just purchased Shower Head 58480-PK ( Champagne Bronze finish). Online descriptions and the product's package states that metal connector that screws on to shower arm is adjustable (can be tilted). The metal connector has a 'ball joint' that should provide for adjusting shower head. I can not move the 'ball joint';' it is extremely tight. How do you adjust the tilt of shower head ?

I installed the 58480PK and it leaks droplets at the shower arm shower head connection. Any suggestions?&nbsp; I&rsquo;ve removed and reinstalled the shower head three times.&nbsp;

Water doesn't come out of the handheld part only the mounted part. What are we doing wrong?

Dear Malinda, Thank you for your question. The Delta In2ition 5-Setting Shower Head 58480-PK has a knob on the right side of the mounted/fixed shower head, that diverts the water to the shower head only, hand shower only or both units at the same time. We would advise turning the knob, while water is running to set the function for both shower head and hand shower option. I bought and installed a Delta IN2ITION shower head. When I try changing the shower spray type there are only 4 positions on the type lever that have a solid click feel. Where is the 5 position.

I can't tell what the settings are on the toggle button. I can't find it in the manual. When is the shower on the kinetic setting? what do the toggle setting designations mean at each setting???

Model 58480-PK will start with the H2O Kinetic spray then moving the setting lever to the right you will get the Full Spray, Massage Spray, then the Full Spray w/ Massage. are there any plastic parts on this showerhead?

This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode.
