Bad results from expensive product.
I paid a lot of money for this shower head, only been six months installed and I have a drip. Plumber tried to fix & still has drip. Now I’m told I need a new cartridge @ 125.00. Plus can’t find a customer service number to have a conversation about this. Not a happy customer.

Swivel doesn’t swivel

We had an In2ition 58480-SS25-PK installed in our new bathroom and took a shower for the first time today. We are sure we must be doing something wrong as the flow is so low I am still not sure I got all the conditioner out of my hair. Help, please?

I recommend changing the setting using the diverter switch on the showerhead and the spray model selector on the hand shower. Press the button and move the lever to the desired setting.
To troubleshoot an issue with the flow, I first recommend checking the flow from the shower arm with the showerhead removed. Clean any debris that is trapped in the connection.

does the shower head tilt and or turn?
Is there a guide on how to use this? The installers threw away the paperwork. We cant get the hand held shower head to work and the outer ring icomes out very light

Where can I purchase a metal hose to replace the one that came with my In2ition Handheld - the hose is leaking at the connection point to the handheld and I do not want to purchase an entire new set since we only need a new hose.

New shower head installed and Hand held is not working. “Diverter” on the side? How should it work? It does not move.

The 58480-PK has a coule different setting options. The lever on the right side of the shower head will allow for flow for the shower head, the hand held, or both together. The lever on the hand held is to change to all 5 of the setting, the button would be pushed in for pause and pushed in again to resume flow.

How do I take the hand held portion down to use.

To separate the hand shower from the shower head, put your fingers around the hand shower handle with your thumb on the shower head. Push with your thumb to pivot the hand shower and release it.

I apologize for the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to help you.
There is a diverter knob on the right side of the showerhead portion. One setting will allow for showerhead-only operation, hand shower only or both at the same time. If it is on the hand shower only mode and you are only getting a trickle then you will want to press the black pause button on the hand shower firmly to disengage it.

MODEL#: 58480-PK. Can I still get this style with the 2.5 gpm? I have one similar from years ago that was 2.5 which we LOVED. When I tried the 1.75 gpm, I hated the lower water pressure.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 58480-PK In2ition 2-in-1 Shower Unit have both metallic and non-metallic parts. The hose assembly is metallic. The hand shower and shower head are non-metallic. All of our current shower units are non-metallic. This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Please know that all of our products are tested to ensure long-lasting use and have a Lifetime Limited Warranty.

how do i return the detachable head back to the base--feels like it's going to fall--do you push the button?
Upon first use, the flow of the shower head is great, but when the water is diverted to the head, it only drips. There is good flow through the hose, but there appears to be a pink restrictor blocking all water in the handle. How do I increase flow?

Is there a water pressure regulator that can be changed or removed? Water pressure isn't strong enough.

Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. We apologize for this information not being readily available to you. There is not a regulator that can be removed or replaced for the Delta Faucet H2Okinetic® In2ition® 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower In Chrome MODEL#: 58480-PK. We recommend flushing the valves of the showerhead and soaking it in 50% warm water/ 50% white vinegar. To flush the valves, please follow the instructions below:
Turn off the hot and cold supply to the valve. This may involve shutting off the water to the entire residence, or for the room or fixture. [Or there may be supply stops on the valve itself behind the escutcheon requiring removal of the handle.]
Turn the volume control on to relieve any pressure behind the valve.
Remove the handle, There may also be a trim sleeve to slide off of the valve.
If you have supply stops on the valve itself, you will remove the escutcheon plate to access those.
Remove the bonnet. A strap wrench works best to not deform the bonnet.
Caution: Be careful not to twist the valve.
Remove the cartridge by wiggling as you pull, taking care to protect the stem. If the cartridge has a metal stem, reattach the handle to provide a better grip.
Check inside the valve for any other components and remove those.
Once all the parts have been removed from the valve, close the shower curtain or door.
Caution: the water may be very hot.
Turn both of the water supply valves on full and let the water run for 60-90 seconds.
Perform any maintenance on the removed components.
Reassemble the shower valve.
Check for leaks.

We installed the Delta In2ition 5-Spray 6.06 in. Wall Mount Dual Shower Heads with H2Okinetic Technology for a bathroom renovation. We have about a 60% reduction in water pressure which is totally unacceptable. Is there a fix for this?
