The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. We have renovated two of our bathrooms and recently replaced our Kitchen faucet…all with Delta sink, tub, and shower accessories. Their products are Excellent!!! The quality and feel are great, and they install seamlessly. The installation instructions are very well written, so even the most mechanically challenged person can do the install. What you see on-line or in the showroom is really what you get when you open the box. The best part about Delta is that they really do stand behind their products, and their customer service is fabulous! We had a cracked seal in one of the bathroom faucets, and I called their product help-line. The service rep was courteous, knowledgeable about their products, and within a few minutes had the parts mailed out... with order and confirmation emails to track the delivery. I can’t say enough about this company, their products, or their customer service…it reminds me of what customer care used to be before all the outsourcing. The initial cost of their products might be a little higher than the competition, but the quality of their faucets, their product warrantee, and their customer service winds up saving you time and money in the long-run.. and that makes a Delta purchase a no brainer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good alternative to a handheld only showerhead Purchased this showerhead to replace builder installed one. I wanted one where the hand shower was integrated into the shower head instead of a stand alone. Pros: - goose neck stretches so that you can use the hand shower to wash down the bathtub. - water pause if you are using the hand shower only. - lower water usage shower head compared to some competitors. - hand shower locks into shower head Cons: - if you used both head and hand shower together, the water pressure coming out is weak. If you use them individually, pressure is a little more noticeable. - can't tell any difference between the massage settings. - wish pressure was stronger. - wish massage settings were more noticeable. - pricey considering other shower combos I have tried show no difference in massage settings etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Shower Bought this for a complete revamp of our guest bath. Easy to install and it offers a nice variety of shower sprays. We like that it has both a full shower and personal shower in one. No need to install additional hardware to get the personal shower. The new swizzle (or whatever it's called) spray is very nice. Feels like a lot more spray while actually using less water. The shower has a switch to allow only personal or ring shower, or both. The slight downside is that the water pressure drops off when both showers operate simultaneously.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Delta Multi-Setting H2Okinetic In2ition I replaced the shower head I had in my bathroom with the Delta Multi-Setting H2Okinetic In2ition and it is amazing how quick it is to set up. This showerhead is really easy to set up. It took me literally 5 minutes to have all the pieces installed and working and I needed no tools to complete the job…All I needed was to get the pieces out of the box and install them in my shower. Easy, stress and hassle free, anyone with no handy experience at all can have this shower head installed in no time. I also like the design, the quality and how you can change the way you can change the water spray and the fact that you feel like you are getting a lot more water than what you actually are...love the water technology on this shower head.

I purchased a different brand originally and my plumber, me, my carpenter and my neighbors all tried and could not get it to stop leaking in 4 different places so back to the store it went. I starting reviewing showerheads online and wanted one with an all metal hose which this one has. I ordered it and it arrived quickly. I installed it in under 5 minutes - one turn with the pliers and verify it was tight and bam - awesome showerhead. I love it. Works great and lots of settings. Now my shower is like a spa. You can use the outer ring, inner handheld or both at same time. Love my showerhead. Will always buy Delta from now on.

I installed the 58480PK and it leaks droplets at the shower arm shower head connection. Any suggestions?&nbsp; I&rsquo;ve removed and reinstalled the shower head three times.&nbsp;

Water doesn't come out of the handheld part only the mounted part. What are we doing wrong?

The Delta In2ition 5-Setting Shower Head 58480-PK has a knob on the right side of the mounted/fixed shower head, that diverts the water to the shower head only, hand shower only or both units at the same time. We would advise turning the knob, while water is running to set the function for both shower head and hand shower option. I bought and installed a Delta IN2ITION shower head. When I try changing the shower spray type there are only 4 positions on the type lever that have a solid click feel. Where is the 5 position.

I can't tell what the settings are on the toggle button. I can't find it in the manual. When is the shower on the kinetic setting? what do the toggle setting designations mean at each setting???

Model 58480-PK will start with the H2O Kinetic spray then moving the setting lever to the right you will get the Full Spray, Massage Spray, then the Full Spray w/ Massage. are there any plastic parts on this showerhead?

This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode.
