Bad results from expensive product.
I paid a lot of money for this shower head, only been six months installed and I have a drip. Plumber tried to fix & still has drip. Now I’m told I need a new cartridge @ 125.00. Plus can’t find a customer service number to have a conversation about this. Not a happy customer.

Swivel doesn’t swivel
Swivel would simply not swivel, no matter how hard we try. Called Delta for advice and they said just return it. Unacceptable. Never going to buy another Delta product.

My contractor just installed the H2Okinetic® In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One With Magnatite in my bathroom. He threw out all the documentation so I don't have any instructions on how to use it. Are there downloadable documents showing me how to use it?

How does 58480 compare to models 58471 & 58472?

Thank you for your question. Each shower head has a unique appearance. The 58480 has a 2.0 gallon per minute flow rate, whereas the 58471 and 58472 have a 2.5 gpm flow rate. The spray settings are also slightly different:
58480 - Full Body Spray, Full Spray w/ Massage, Massaging Spray, Pause, H2Okinetic® Spray
58471 & 58472 - Massaging Spray, Pause, H2Okinetic® Spray, H2Okinetic® Spray w/ Massage

Can't Find this Shower head at any of your listed online retailers

How do you release the Magnet to use the hand held device?

Thank you for your question. I would be more than happy to assist you. TO remove the handshower from the showerhead, you would pull the handshower away and downward from the showerhead. Page 2 of the link below shows how it installs into the showerhead. I hope this helps.

Push-button pause control stuck

Hi Mel, Thank you for your question. According to our advertising department the Temp2O handshower is the product shown in the current Time magazine. The handshower itself is available as 59446-PK, as a wall mount 55446, and as a shower arm mount 54446-PK.

What is the difference between the 75591 and the 584890-PK
They both seem to have the same specifications, and look identical - what is the difference between these two models?

The 75591 is a Home Depot exclusive model that comes in a clamshell type packaging. It also comes only in the chrome finish. The 58480-PK can be bought anywhere Delta products are sold and comes in multiple finishes. Other than these differences, the units are the same.

I pressed the black button underneath the shower head and now the middle part that you can take off is coming with way less power. How can I fix this
Thank you for your question, Cody10! The button you pressed is the "Pause" feature which is designed to temporarily reduce the water pressure to a trickle for other shower related activities such as shaving or lathering. Pressing this button again will return the flow rate to normal.

On the product page, the Product Features tab and Documents and Specs tab both list the flow rate as 2.0 gpm @ 80 psi, but the Technical Specifications pdf lists the flow rate as 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. Which is correct?

Are the parts on this model plastic vs. metal?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 58480-PK In2ition 2-in-1 Shower Unit have both metallic and non-metallic parts. The hose assembly is metallic. The hand shower and shower head are non-metallic. All of our current shower units are non-metallic. This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Please know that all of our products are tested to ensure long-lasting use and have a Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Can the flow restrictor be removed?
Thank you for your question, Lowsy99! The flow restrictor is not meant to be removed as doing so will allow debris into the shower head as well as void the warranty. This model is a WaterSense labeled and water efficient product designed to produce 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. For similar In2ition models with a higher flow rate, please refer to the link below.

Your existing Delta shower should have these parts unless you have a slide bar hand shower or rain can from the ceiling set up.
Other than thread seal tape you should not need any other parts for the installation.

We have chosen the in2ition H2kinetic 5 setting 2 in 1 shower (58480Ss-pk) piece, but are looking for the part that turns one-off shower, too. It needs to have a piece that controls hot/cold and a separate one to turn the shower on/off. Please help.

Thank you for your question. The 58480-RB-PK is a 5-Setting H2Okinetic In2ition Shower head and Hand shower unit. To complete a shower installation, you would also need the MultiChoice Universal Rough-In valve R10000-UNBX and any 13,14, 17 or 17T valve trim of your choice.

The hand held wand may be currently set to the Pause mode spray setting.

The only differences between the model 75591 and 58480-PK is the appearance of the spray face for each model design-wise, the flow rate (in gallons per minute), and total length of the hose included with each model.
Model 75591 has a maximum flow rate of 2.0 GPM and includes a 72" hose whereas model 58480-PK has a maximum flow rate of 1.75 GPM and includes a 60-82" hose.

help with getting hand held shower head out of stationary shower head

Thank you for your question! There are two tabs that lock the hand shower in place at the bottom of the fixed shower head. Pulling the handle toward you will release it. When docking it back into the shower head, please be sure that the small tab on the top of the hand shower is inserted first before pressing it into the shower head.
