Now I’m told I need a new cartridge @ 125.00. Plus can’t find a customer service number to have a conversation about this. Not a happy customer.

The box says guaranteed for life but the website says lifetime limited warranty. Which is it for the 58480-pk? Also what is the limited lifetime warranty or where can i find it on your website?

How do I detach the inner shower spray?

how do i take apart the hand held to clean

Hi, Judith! Thank you for your question. The Delta 58480-SS-PK In2ition 2-in-1 Hand Shower can be removed to clean by unscrewing the hand shower from the hose assembly counterclockwise. Once unscrewed and off of the connection, the whole hand shower can be soaked in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix for an hour or even overnight to clean. Best Regards, Rosanna

What Shower Handle

I like the Shower Head because of the H2OKinetic, but what handle styles(hot/cold control) do I look for to match the color (Stainless) exactly??

My plumber installed a Symmons Orinins S96001-P valve already. Can that valve be used with this shower head and trim kit?

We can not guarantee, however, that our shower trim kits will work with another company's rough-in valve. You can then pick any Champagne Bronze finished valve only trim, shower arm and flange of your choice. Water comes out of the attached piece of the shower head but we are not able to get any water to come out of the detachable piece on the shower head. Where is the setting to turn it on?

The Delta In2ition 5-Setting Shower Head 58480-PK has a knob on the right side of the mounted/fixed shower head, that diverts the water to the shower head only, hand shower only or both units at the same time. We would advise turning the knob, while water is running to set the function for both shower head and hand shower option. Non-metallic parts are beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Please know that all of our products are tested to ensure long-lasting use and have a Lifetime Limited Warranty. Hello I recently purchased this shower head and am trying to determine which tub/shower trim will work best with it. Should I purchase the full Compel&reg; Monitor&reg; 17 Series H2Okinetic&reg; Tub and Shower Trim or will the Compel&reg; Monitor&reg; 14 Series Tub and Shower Trim - Less Head Model#: T14461-LHD works just as well with it? I ask because the 17 series notes the Dual-function pressure balance cartridge and the 14 series does not. Please advise. Thank you.

Is this too big for a shower only?

My main bathroom just has a shower stall - standard size with a shower curtain. Is the head on this thing so big that the water would be likely to spray beyond the curtain? If so, can you recommend a model that would be appropriate for shower stalls? Thank you.
