Bad results from expensive product.
I paid a lot of money for this shower head, only been six months installed and I have a drip. Plumber tried to fix & still has drip. Now I’m told I need a new cartridge @ 125.00. Plus can’t find a customer service number to have a conversation about this. Not a happy customer.

Good evening I am trying to find parts for a 58480-RB-PK Shower Head , needind the nut that fastens the unit to the 1/2 " pipe coming out of the wall any help would be appreciated , THANKS

We just had a bathroom remodel done and had the Delta 58480-PK installed. Our understanding from the whole saler we bought this from, there is an option that when you remove the handheld, the shower head will stop spraying water?

I have the model 58480 PK Shower head which was purchased in September 2018 by the contractor who remodeled my bathroom. On several occasions and now permanently the pause button on the shower head sticks in the pause mode and will not come back out.

I have Delta shower head 58480- BL 25 PK installed a bit over a year. The shower head continues to leak for 24+ hours after use This was happening about 6 months ago and then stopped. What setting is needed to avoid the dripping?

What's the difference between PK and PR models? Can the angle of the fixed shower head be adjusted?

SHOWERHEAD 58480-PN-PR25 How do you set it so both shower heads spray at the same time? Can get a good spray from each one separately. But when both are in hanging position, the outer ring sprays and the inner one just emits a trickle.

We had an In2ition 58480-SS25-PK installed in our new bathroom and took a shower for the first time today. We are sure we must be doing something wrong as the flow is so low I am still not sure I got all the conditioner out of my hair. Help, please?

I recommend changing the setting using the diverter switch on the showerhead and the spray model selector on the hand shower. Press the button and move the lever to the desired setting.
To troubleshoot an issue with the flow, I first recommend checking the flow from the shower arm with the showerhead removed. Clean any debris that is trapped in the connection.

does the shower head tilt and or turn?
After pressing the low flow button, the button will not become unpressed, so I'm stuck with a trickle. Currently, the link to the Maintenance and Installation Sheet is broken, but I'm hoping this is a fixable problem.

Where can I purchase a metal hose to replace the one that came with my In2ition Handheld - the hose is leaking at the connection point to the handheld and I do not want to purchase an entire new set since we only need a new hose.

I have good pressure in the main head of my Model 38480 however the handheld unit has practically no pressure. I take the hand held off the hose and water comes out the hose very forcefully. I can't firgure out what do do.

Re 58480-ok Is the a rebuild kit for this shower head. We have two others in the house but our main bath unit has significantly less water output. I have removed screen and cleaned off minerals. Is there other areas that can be removed and cleaned?
