The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. Delta® MagnaTite® Docking uses a powerful integrated magnet to pull your In2ition® hand shower precisely into place and hold it there so it stays docked when not in use. Delta will not honor their warranty.
This product worked great, but when the paint peeled off the hose, Delta would not replace it under warranty. The warranty clearly covers the finish for life. Beware when you purchase a Delta product.

Bad results from expensive product.
I paid a lot of money for this shower head, only been six months installed and I have a drip. Plumber tried to fix & still has drip. Now I’m told I need a new cartridge @ 125.00. Plus can’t find a customer service number to have a conversation about this. Not a happy customer.

Swivel doesn’t swivel
Swivel would simply not swivel, no matter how hard we try. Called Delta for advice and they said just return it. Unacceptable. Never going to buy another Delta product.

Q&A
I have had my shower for 4 years. However water no longer comes out of the handheld shower head. It does come out of the hose when I disconnect the head. Is it possible to get a replacement handheld head?

Unfortunately, we don't carry a replacement for the hand shower. I recommend pushing the button on the hand shower to change spray modes. The hand shower may be in pause.

How can I fix the stuck button on the hand-held part of the shower? The button that toggles on and off the flow of water from the hand shower? I pressed it in yesterday morning, to turn off the water while I shaved, and now it won't come un-stuck.

Our recommendation for unsticking the button would be to soak the in2ition in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water, this will help loosen up any blockage or debris that is causing the button to be stuck.

what is the difference between models 58480-PK and 58480-25-PK?

The difference between these Delta Faucet hand shower models is the maximum flow rate. The 58480-PK model has a maximum flow rate of 1.75 gpm. The 58480-25-PK maximum flow rater is 2.5 gpm.
