Bad results from expensive product.
I paid a lot of money for this shower head, only been six months installed and I have a drip. Plumber tried to fix & still has drip. Now I’m told I need a new cartridge @ 125.00. Plus can’t find a customer service number to have a conversation about this. Not a happy customer.

Swivel doesn’t swivel
Swivel would simply not swivel, no matter how hard we try. Called Delta for advice and they said just return it. Unacceptable. Never going to buy another Delta product.

Perfect fit for our 34” shower

Can not adjust tilt of shower head
I just purchased Shower Head 58480-PK ( Champagne Bronze finish). Online descriptions and the product's package states that metal connector that screws on to shower arm is adjustable (can be tilted). The metal connector has a 'ball joint' that should provide for adjusting shower head.
I can not move the 'ball joint';' it is extremely tight. How do you adjust the tilt of shower head ?

What is this unit made of?
I know the one's sold in the big box retail markets have a lot of plastic and there are several negative comments about the water pressure and the plastic on the hand held unit.

Thank you for your question on the Delta In2ition® H2Okinetic® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower.
The shower arm connection is metallic, the shower head and wand are non-metallic and the 60" - 82" hose is a stretchable metal.
The make-up of materials in our hand showers are primarily a non-metallic material for the safety of our customers. Metallic hand held wands can hold heat easily and will hurt if dropped on your body. The weight can also be too much for some when holding the wand for an extended period of time.
This model has a flow rate of 2.0 GPM, which may feel like a decreased amount of water if you are used to a shower head or hand held shower with a higher rate, such as 2.5 GPM, though this model has been designed with H20 Kinetic technology, so it will feel like you are actually getting more than 2.0 GPM.

Where is the main valve. My new shower has a place for the hot/cold off/on 18" below the showerhead.

I can't tell what the settings are on the toggle button. I can't find it in the manual. When is the shower on the kinetic setting? what do the toggle setting designations mean at each setting???
Thank you for your question, Beth! Model 58480-PK will start with the H2O Kinetic spray then moving the setting lever to the right you will get the Full Spray, Massage Spray, then the Full Spray w/ Massage. Pushing the button in will activate the "Pause" feature.

Can you have the outer ring spraying and have the hand held out of its cradle and spraying at the same time?

This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Thank you for your question! The Delta In2ition 5-Setting 58480-PK faucet is designed with a 2.00 gpm at 80 psi flow rate. It does not have a removable restrictor and removing any internal parts of the unit will void the warranty.

I am looking at shower heads and like the D58480 in chrome that features the H2Okinetic Technology, Magna Tite Docking, and In2ition. However, I see that Lowe’s has a 75589C Delta model that appears to be identical to the D58480. Is there a difference?

Thank you for your question. Both shower units are very similar. The difference is that the 75589C has a 72" hose and 58480-PK has a 60" hose. They both have the same 5 settings and both have a flow rate of 1.75 gpm at 80psi.

We just installed an In2ition shower head. We can't get water to come out of the handheld part. Please help us.

The Delta In2ition 5-Setting Shower Head 58480-RB-PK has a knob on the right side of the mounted/fixed shower head, that diverts the water to the shower head only, hand shower only or both units at the same time. We would advise turning the knob, while water is running to set the function for both shower head and hand shower option. Please refer to page 2 diagram C for these directions, in the below link.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 58480-CZ-PK, 58471-CZ-PK, and the 58472-CZ In2ition 2-in-1 shower units are all different in styles. The 58480-CZ-PK has a flow rate of 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi while the other two units have a flow rate of 2.50 gpm @ 80 psi.

My contractor just installed the H2Okinetic® In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One With Magnatite in my bathroom. He threw out all the documentation so I don't have any instructions on how to use it. Are there downloadable documents showing me how to use it?

How does 58480 compare to models 58471 & 58472?

Thank you for your question. Each shower head has a unique appearance. The 58480 has a 2.0 gallon per minute flow rate, whereas the 58471 and 58472 have a 2.5 gpm flow rate. The spray settings are also slightly different:
58480 - Full Body Spray, Full Spray w/ Massage, Massaging Spray, Pause, H2Okinetic® Spray
58471 & 58472 - Massaging Spray, Pause, H2Okinetic® Spray, H2Okinetic® Spray w/ Massage
