My family enjoys it
This shower head is easy to install. It has different shower head functions and looks so pretty hanging. Not a hassle to take right off the hook and apply water anywhere I need it. Helps to give my dogs a bath and now it's not a back breaking task. This is very nice and I recommend it. All my family just loves it.

I bought this item for our bathroom remodel and the shower head itself started leaking within a week. The inner part of the shower head started leaking, the part that detaches. Such a shame, I love this shower head but it wears and tears too easily!

Good features
I bought this to replace a broken 58569-25-PK. The hose and the handheld are shorter. It does have more spray options than my old shower-head. The 4 stars are based on past durability reduced size but I would give 5 stars for having more spray options.

I just bought the Delta 2 in 1 shower head. We have done everything but cannot get water to come out of the handheld head that's positioned in the middle. This is a new bathroom shower installed by a professional. We cannot even pop the handheld out of the main showerhead. Very disappointed.

Great looking, nice color on bronze finish except hose is stiff and black on a bronze shower head. Water flow trickles out of handheld. Larger shower head also has low water flow.

Love the In2ition 2.5 GPM
We recently purchased In2ition 2.5 GPM. We love the unit. It feels like your showering in a rain shower. The gentleness of the spray is so relaxing. I tried the massage and loved that too. It didn’t feel like you were getting beat as other massage heads. My wife loves the wand for bathing our Great Pyrenees and cleaning the shower. I’ll have to purchase another for our guest bathroom.

Water Pressure Issue
Purchased it 6 months ago, it initially worked great, fabulous water pressure, good for washing the dog. This morning in the middle of showering, however, the water pressure dramatically lowered (now less than 50% of previous pressure), and it has remained reduced. I have adjusted all of the settings on the head to no avail. Disassembled it, reassembled it, no improvement. Also re-attached our old shower head to confirm that the shower head spigot still had the same water pressure, which it did, indicating that the problem is intrinsic to this shower head. Is there a way to fix this? (wanted to ask this in the 'question' forum, but the text box limits inquiries to 255 characters)

Spa-like Shower
This shower head is a simple 10-minute install. The hand sprayer easily snaps on and off the docking magnet to provide multiple options for showering and for cleaning the shower. There are plenty of settings, but my favorite is using the full shower mode with both the fixed shower and handheld flowing at the same time. The hose is plenty long. This is a quality fixture, and we love it.

Good shower head not enough pressure
I've had the shower head now for a couple of weeks. I do like all the functionality. But there is not much shower pressure. I have not taken the restrictor out because I'm afraid that will cause too much pressure. I was hoping for the massaging function to be a little bit stronger.

Great shower head
I love the fact that you can pause your shower when you need to lather up with the click of a button. This is an awesome feature when your bathing kids. The shower head as multiple settings to accommodate everyone. The sleek design looks wonderful in our bathroom. The product was easy to install and so far no issues. When the shower is done I use the handheld portion to rinse and clean the shower walls and tub. When done using the handheld portion clicks back into place using magnetic force.

Great Dual Shower Head
The Delta In2ition Satin Nickel 5-Spray Dual Shower Head is amazing! I love the way the dual heads and how the middle head is magnetically in place. It makes it very easy to take it in and out of its main head. The back of the heads is where you can change it he flow from both heads, the outer head, or just the middle head. The shower has five settings-full body, fast massage, full spray with massage, massaging, slow massage and pause. My favorite is fast massage and it is amazing after a long day. The other setting are amazing too, I change them by the mood I am in and how I feel that day. The water flow is nice and the pressure is perfect. The rubber sprays are easy to clean you just wipe them and the calcium and lime buildup goes away. I love the long hose on this shower head too! It makes it easier to clean up the shower and wash my dogs. This is a very nice quality dual shower head and I would recommend it if you are looking for a great dual shower head!

Good shower head
This is a great shower head if you’re looking to upgrade from a basic shower head, but want minimal installation.
From the box, this item installs in minutes. You can simply screw it on, you might need a wrench to tighten it completely.
The head can pull out so it’s great for washing your hair out or rinsing your body. There are valves on the side to change the flow pattern of the head.
The one downfall is if you choose the water to spray out of the outer ring and the detachable head, the water pressure goes down. However, you can easily adjust it while showering to fit your needs.
Overall, this is a great product that jazzes up your shower with minimal effort and no pricey restorations.

Good shower head
I normally don't get shower heads that have a detachable arm so I took a chance with this Delta product. Overall, not bad. It does provide good water coverage and the arm works pretty well. I like my normal shower heads better but that's just my personal preference.

Loving it!
This Delta showerhead is awesome so far! It was really quick and easy to install. I love that the handheld sprayer is held on with a magnet so it goes on quickly and stays on. The pause feature is great because you waste less water while washing your hair. We are definitely happy with our new showerhead!

The first thing I noticed after taking this out of the packaging was that it is significantly bigger than all of our previous shower heads. Slightly larger than my hand held extended out. The chrome finish is nice and goes with a variety of bathroom styles. Installation was actually surprisingly easy and took probably 4-5 minutes max. While detaching the handheld part of the shower head took a couple practice attempts it works well for my disabled sibling who needs to sit while bathing.
I appreciate almost all the spray settings - my favorite being the full "rain" shower setting and my least being the misting setting. While I appreciate the water conservation features I do wish there was a smidgen more water pressure on some of the settings. The more direct water spray setting is great for rinsing shampoo and conditioner out of my long hair. An enjoyable experience and a classic look for a modern shower head.

Thank you for your question, GDNY! Model 58480-SS-PK has a diverter level located on the side of the shower head. This lever allows you to divert between the shower head, hand shower or both simultaneously.

How do you remove the flow reducer on 58480-RB-PK shower head?
Thank you for your question, Terry! The flow restrictor is not meant to be removed as doing so will allow debris into the shower head, that can damage the shower head beyond repair.

I installed the 58480PK and it leaks droplets at the shower arm shower head connection. Any suggestions? I’ve removed and reinstalled the shower head three times.

Water doesn't come out of the handheld part only the mounted part. What are we doing wrong?

Thank you for your question. The Delta In2ition 5-Setting Shower Head 58480-PK has a knob on the right side of the mounted/fixed shower head, that diverts the water to the shower head only, hand shower only or both units at the same time. We would advise turning the knob, while water is running to set the function for both shower head and hand shower option. Please refer to page 2 diagram C for these directions, in the below link.

I bought and installed a Delta IN2ITION shower head. When I try changing the shower spray type there are only 4 positions on the type lever that have a solid click feel. Where is the 5 position.

Thank you for your question. The fifth setting/feature of the Delta H2Okinetic In2ition Shower Head 58480-PK is the "Pause" button on the front of the handheld. The Pause feature reduces water to a trickle, giving you space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks while maintaining your temperature settings.
