Was optimistic but plastic build is flimsy
I bought this product for a decent water flow system that would easy to use for my kids. I had read reviews that it would be a good solution, though several mentioned that the plastic build was not very well-made and they wished it was made of metal. I installed it easily after purchase; however, I had to take it off the wall a week later to improve the seal and upon putting it back up the part that connects it to the water pipe on the wall cracked and it is now unusable. I did not in any way put any excessive pressure in tightening it, and am very disappointed in the in lack of sturdiness of the product. I don't have the receipt or box anymore, so Home Depot won't take it back. Now I am trying to find a replacement part and am not having any luck. Very disappointed after spending close to $100 on this product.

Drips after 1.5 years
Bought this in October 2017. Now it won't stop dripping so $$ going down my drain. For the price I would think that it would hold up better in a household of 1. Time to call the plumber.

Pause button stuck
I was EXTREMELY impressed with the purchase the purchase during our bathroom remodel. We purchased the 2-in-1 shower at the recommendation of our bathroom designer. However, less than one year later, the pause button is permanently stuck! We have been having difficulty with the pause button for about a month; intermittently it would work and start sticking again; now it’s permanently stuck! I expected better quality from Delta. Moreover, the product cost nearly $400.00. Such a waste of money!!!

DONT buy Black Matte - paint chips off
Incredibly irritated. The paint chips right off the hose. I should have spent 1/4 of the money and bought some China made product off Alibaba - same quality as this Delta faucet.

Many options!
We just remodeled our bathroom and purchased this shower head. I love the flow options and the wand. The pressure was alittle low so we removed the pressure restricting O-ring and it is perfect!

looks nice but terrible water pressure
purchased this year when we remodeled our bathroom. I wanted a showerhead with the hand held option. After bathroom was done water pressure was terrible. we called the pumbing supply store and they told us it was due to a water saver feature that is now built into the shower head. Plumber removed that filter and the water pressure is not much better. Would steer anyone away from purchasing this shower head since we are on city water and have no other water pressure problems in the house and had better water pressure in the shower with our old shower head. Paid alot of money and extremely disappointed!

Absolutely love
Received this for Christmas and absolutely love it. I would definitely recommend it. My only negative is that I dont get that strong water pressure particularly on certain settings. I love a strong stream of water beating on my back. This lacks that for me. Otherwise it's great!

Broke Less Than a Year In
I bought this shower head mid-2018 and yesterday as I was trying to dock the handheld component, it literally snapped off of where the whole unit screws on. Because it wasn't within 90 days, I wasn't able to return it to the store where I bought it which was really frustrating as well. Maybe this was a one-off or maybe it's just not a quality shower head. Regardless, I haven't been impressed.

Dripping Shower Head
We had this shower head installed over a year ago but in the past 6 months when the shower is off there is a slow drip coming from the shower head which runs down the hose and onto the shower floor. It seems like the shower head is retaining water. I just had my shower renovated a little over a year ago so I doubt if the problem is with the cartridge. My wife and I really like the style of this shower head and it works great except for the dripping.

Leaking shower head
This shower head has been working fine but I noticed in the past 6 months when the shower is off a slow drip coming from the shower head which runs down the tubing and onto the floor. It seems like the shower head is retaining water. We just had our shower renovated a little over a year ago so doubt if the problem is with the cartridge. Otherwise we are happy with this product and find it very easy to use.

Beautiful addition to your shower
While the product is gorgeous I have found that the center sprayer has reduced water pressure when removed from the main housing. Terrific idea for showering someone else such as a child or disabled person so they stay warm and get rinsed.

Delta 58480-PK Shower head
Out of the four Delta shower heads I've looked at and two I've owned this is by far the best. I've cheated a little bit and and removed the restrictor for a stronger spray. This was purchased during my bathroom remodel and far exceeds my expatiation. showering is more enjoyable.

Cracked during the first shower
The showerhead was installed by a professional contractor with years of experience. He hand tightened it on to the shower arm, tested it and showed me that it was installed and working correctly. However, when turned the first time for a real shower, the connection between the showerhead and the shower arm cracked, spraying water out the crack and all over the ceiling. This occured during an attempt to tilt the "movable" shower head down a little bit. Although it looks like metal, that piece is made of plastic and is not strong enough to function as it should.

Delta's Right Rain!
The flexibility of the five spray patterns and the removable, magnetic, hand shower is simply a pleasure! It makes a great addition to your bath/shower remodel project. The shower pause is a water saving feature, and the hand shower makes it easy to keep your shower cleaner! Though it takes a little while to figure out how to operate, it is simple and easy to use. It is the "Right Rain" for your shower!

Poor Flow
We have now been using this for several months. The magnetic wand seems to hold well so far. Our main complaint is the poor water pressure and flow. We have another make of shower head that was replaced at the same time in a second bathroom. The pressure and flow on that one is far superior to the Delta. In reading some reviews, it appears because we are on well water with a lower starting pressure that creates a problem for the Delta. Can't even remove a flow restrictor as there are none and it is designed for California standards. If the well water pressure present problems for Delta, they should do a better job on warning people through their advertising or distributors about the potential problems. Will stay away from this brand in the future.

Just put in during our shower remodel. Let me the features, but with the water restrictions built into the head, only a trickle comes out of to outer head, and even pressure from inner head is no where like our old one. We will be returning it and finding a head where I can remove the restrictor.

Would have been a 5 Star ... But ...
I love all three of these that I purchased after my plumber highly recommended the Delta brand. The only problem with them is the flex hose on the SS models. I bought two SS and one Chrome model. So far the Chrome version is not leaking. I've had to request two replacement SS flex hoses from Delta, which they promptly shipped. The new ones seem to be fine so far, no leaks to report at this writing. I have ample pressure from them and all the functions work correctly.

I thought this might be clumsy to use with so many movable parts, but it's actually easy to use. It separates easily from the base and the magnetic attachment makes it easy to return the shower head to its base. So glad I bought this! It delivers a great shower spray plus makes it easy to clean the tub/shower area. Great features over a rainfall shower head!

Thank you for your question, GDNY! Model 58480-SS-PK has a diverter level located on the side of the shower head. This lever allows you to divert between the shower head, hand shower or both simultaneously.

How do you remove the flow reducer on 58480-RB-PK shower head?
Thank you for your question, Terry! The flow restrictor is not meant to be removed as doing so will allow debris into the shower head, that can damage the shower head beyond repair.

I installed the 58480PK and it leaks droplets at the shower arm shower head connection. Any suggestions? I’ve removed and reinstalled the shower head three times.

Water doesn't come out of the handheld part only the mounted part. What are we doing wrong?

Thank you for your question. The Delta In2ition 5-Setting Shower Head 58480-PK has a knob on the right side of the mounted/fixed shower head, that diverts the water to the shower head only, hand shower only or both units at the same time. We would advise turning the knob, while water is running to set the function for both shower head and hand shower option. Please refer to page 2 diagram C for these directions, in the below link.

I bought and installed a Delta IN2ITION shower head. When I try changing the shower spray type there are only 4 positions on the type lever that have a solid click feel. Where is the 5 position.
