Not a good choice
This shower head doesn't work as well as I hoped it would. The water does not come out of the whole shower head and the hand held part together. A mere trickle is what we get. We have to use the hand held part only so we get enough water.

Pause button stuck
This showerhead lasted for a year after I bought it. I rarely use the pause button for the smaller showerhead. I used it yesterday and it got stuck on pause. The smaller showerhead is now useless as a result, which was the whole reason I bought it for in the first place. Did expect more from this showerhead.

Confusing!
Just had my 2 bathrooms upgraded. They put this showerhead in master. It is very confusing on controls. The little paper does explain all the controls. Mine is not working correctly or I am not just not using correctly.

DOES NOT WORK
We purchased the Stainless Steel version of this unit, more than $200.00. At this point the shower floor not get wet. You can not get more than one function to work on a supposed multi function unit. The pressure is terrible. I would not recommend this to anyone!

Push button got stuck
Bought this to replace our old shower head. It worked great at the beginning but after a while the pause-push button didn’t work properly. It didn’t stop water completely and last night I used it one more time and it got stuck. Had no idea how to fix it and now we don’t have a shower to use. I didn’t expect this low quality for a $100+ shower head

bought this and it worked great! for 1 year, yesterday i went to use it and when i moved it the whole unit fell off the wall, the plastic around the threads behind the pivot ball just cracked off. to cheap of a design for the price you pay.

Not the best
The water pressure isn't great if you use both the outer showerhead as well as the handheld at the same time so I've had to just turn off the outer shower head. I've only had this for about 6 weeks and already one of the little nozzles is shooting water off at a weird angle, not in line with the rest of the water spray.

Happy with my Delta In2ition H2Okinetic purchase
I purchased and installed the Delta In2ition H2Okinetic 5-setting two-in-one shower last month. My setting preference is the H2Okinetic spray because it feels like a lot of water and with good pressure. With this setting, water sprays out of three openings in the hand shower, which helps keep it concentrated. The Pause feature works well when I am soaping up and don't want water spraying on me. The shower has plastic parts and it remains to be seen how well they stand up over time. For that reason, I assigned a quality rating of 4 stars.
The color of the shower is champagne bronze and it matches very nicely the color of the the Delta downspout and valve that I purchased at the same time as the shower.

It is all that Delta says it is!
I own the stainless steel. Installation was easy. The unit does appear to provide the feeling of greater water pressure and definitely can cover more area with the water than our prior shower head. The diverter/controls are easy to use to switch between fixed head/hand held/combination. We like the pressure/coverage using the hand held in fixed/mobile positions. Our water pressure is not strong enough to fully support both heads running at the same time. The expandable hose is very nice too. I am very pleased with this unit.

Feels like it is pumping a lot of water

Good water flow for a 2.0 California Compliant showerhead.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it for the feature combining a hand held and fixed shower head in one. Had doubts on how well the hand held piece would stay in place but it fits tightly into the head and the magnets ensure it stays securely in place.
Only drawback i see is when using both the fixed and hand held piece together the water flow is somewhat reduced.
Satisfied overall with the prurchase.

Just love it!

We couldn't be happier! We love the pause feature allowing one to lather up & then wash off, all of the different types of sprays, as well as how easy it locks back into place. Not much water

BUT - this is 2 GPM - not much water for a Texan!
If they make this in 2.5 GPM, I will buy it again and replace the one I have now.

Not sure if it is our water pressure in our home but would give it 5 stars if it was stronger pressure. But over all very happy!

Better Than Expected
The design and performance of this shower head is fantastic! We've had Delta two-in-one shower heads in the past and were quite satisfied with them. I had read other reviews where water pressure and flow were a concern with this particular model. We live in CA, with good water pressure and we have had no problems with the water flow. In fact, the flow can be a little TOO strong in some modes. It feels a lot more than 2 GPM!
The MagnaTite Dock is an incredible addition to the design. The one complaint we've had with prior Delta two-in-one shower heads were the docking clips would always break, rendering the wand portion dangling uselessly. With the MagnaTite Dock, this is no longer an issue.
My only regret is I bought the chrome plated, instead of the brushed nickle.

Works great!
My husband and I have been using this for 2 months. It is easy to switch the spray settings with a lever. The hose of the hand shower hangs nicely without twisting. Magna tite docking is a little tricky to get use to but not bad. Overall we really like it.

Excellent Showerhead-- you won't be disappointed!!
If you are thinking about getting a Delta faucet or shower head, I could not recommend them more highly!!
We have renovated two of our bathrooms and recently replaced our Kitchen faucet…all with Delta sink, tub, and shower accessories. Their products are Excellent!!! The quality and feel are great, and they install seamlessly. The installation instructions are very well written, so even the most mechanically challenged person can do the install. What you see on-line or in the showroom is really what you get when you open the box. The best part about Delta is that they really do stand behind their products, and their customer service is fabulous!
We had a cracked seal in one of the bathroom faucets, and I called their product help-line. The service rep was courteous, knowledgeable about their products, and within a few minutes had the parts mailed out... with order and confirmation emails to track the delivery. I can’t say enough about this company, their products, or their customer service…it reminds me of what customer care used to be before all the outsourcing. The initial cost of their products might be a little higher than the competition, but the quality of their faucets, their product warrantee, and their customer service winds up saving you time and money in the long-run.. and that makes a Delta purchase a no brainer.

Thank you for your question, GDNY! Model 58480-SS-PK has a diverter level located on the side of the shower head. This lever allows you to divert between the shower head, hand shower or both simultaneously.

How do you remove the flow reducer on 58480-RB-PK shower head?
Thank you for your question, Terry! The flow restrictor is not meant to be removed as doing so will allow debris into the shower head, that can damage the shower head beyond repair.

I installed the 58480PK and it leaks droplets at the shower arm shower head connection. Any suggestions? I’ve removed and reinstalled the shower head three times.

Water doesn't come out of the handheld part only the mounted part. What are we doing wrong?

Thank you for your question. The Delta In2ition 5-Setting Shower Head 58480-PK has a knob on the right side of the mounted/fixed shower head, that diverts the water to the shower head only, hand shower only or both units at the same time. We would advise turning the knob, while water is running to set the function for both shower head and hand shower option. Please refer to page 2 diagram C for these directions, in the below link.

I bought and installed a Delta IN2ITION shower head. When I try changing the shower spray type there are only 4 positions on the type lever that have a solid click feel. Where is the 5 position.

Hi We just purchased the delta shower 58480-BL-PK universal showering components shower head. Does it come with the on/off knob or do we need to purchase that component. If so, what is the name of the matching component?
