Bad results from expensive product.
I paid a lot of money for this shower head, only been six months installed and I have a drip. Plumber tried to fix & still has drip. Now I’m told I need a new cartridge @ 125.00. Plus can’t find a customer service number to have a conversation about this. Not a happy customer.

Swivel doesn’t swivel
Swivel would simply not swivel, no matter how hard we try. Called Delta for advice and they said just return it. Unacceptable. Never going to buy another Delta product.

Perfect fit for our 34” shower
Perfect fit for our 34” shower. Love the lever near the showerhead to choose shower nozzle options. Removable head allows for easy cleaning without taking up extra space. We love it.

Can not adjust tilt of shower head
I just purchased Shower Head 58480-PK ( Champagne Bronze finish). Online descriptions and the product's package states that metal connector that screws on to shower arm is adjustable (can be tilted). The metal connector has a 'ball joint' that should provide for adjusting shower head.
I can not move the 'ball joint';' it is extremely tight. How do you adjust the tilt of shower head ?

Thank you for your question, GDNY! Model 58480-SS-PK has a diverter level located on the side of the shower head. This lever allows you to divert between the shower head, hand shower or both simultaneously.

What is this unit made of?
I know the one's sold in the big box retail markets have a lot of plastic and there are several negative comments about the water pressure and the plastic on the hand held unit.

Thank you for your question on the Delta In2ition® H2Okinetic® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower.
The shower arm connection is metallic, the shower head and wand are non-metallic and the 60" - 82" hose is a stretchable metal.
The make-up of materials in our hand showers are primarily a non-metallic material for the safety of our customers. Metallic hand held wands can hold heat easily and will hurt if dropped on your body. The weight can also be too much for some when holding the wand for an extended period of time.
This model has a flow rate of 2.0 GPM, which may feel like a decreased amount of water if you are used to a shower head or hand held shower with a higher rate, such as 2.5 GPM, though this model has been designed with H20 Kinetic technology, so it will feel like you are actually getting more than 2.0 GPM.

What is the proper trim kit to order with D58480SSPK? I ordered DT17294SSI and it has the shower head included. I will have to return it.

Do any of these shower heads have a metal body or are the bodies plastic on all models and finishes?

Thank you for your question. There is not a flow restrictor that can be removed in the Delta 58480-SS-PK In2ition 2-in-1 Shower Head. Attempting to modify the product may result in voiding any warranty you may have for the product.

The product information says, "Shower arm and flange NOT included."
What is the shower arm and the flange?
I'm replacing a traditional/standard style Delta shower with the model indicated.
Is the shower arm and flange part of my current Delta shower?
What other parts do I need to order to properly instal the shower?

Your existing Delta shower should have these parts unless you have a slide bar hand shower or rain can from the ceiling set up.
Other than thread seal tape you should not need any other parts for the installation.
