The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. What is the difference between this and the 75491BL model sold only at Lowe's?

The Delta Faucet In2ition model 75490BL features a flow rate of 2.5gpm while model 58499-BL has a flow rate of 1.75gpm. Both In2ition units have a slightly different design as well. 58499-BL A contractor installed this shower head in our new bathroom 6 months ago. Our hand held wand no longer allows you to change spray features. Is it possible to get just the hand held portion?

how does this compare to the 58480

The differences between the Delta In2ition HSSH 1.75 GPM 4-Setting Model 58499 and the Delta H2Okinetic® In2ition® 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower Model 58480 are that the 58499 is not H2O Kinetic, and has four settings as opposed to the five settings of the 58480. I am unable to rotate the ball joint to adjust the angle. Is there a trick to move it? I have another model purchased about 5 years ago that rotates up/down, side to side with no problem.

I'm looking for a replacement part of the In2ition two-in-one this model / similar. The adapter on mine is made from plastic and the threads are stripped where it mounts to the shower pipe.

In the specs for this In2ition 58499-SS it says in has a pause feature under the spray settings. Can you tell me where the pause buttons is and how it works?

I have 58499-rb dual shower head. The coupling between the shower head and where it connects to the pipe from the wall broke at the nut so it now leaks. Is there a replacement part for it?  Thank you

Unfortunately, there is no flow resistor that can be removed and keep the warranty valid. We do have many In2ition models that have a flow rate of 2.5 GPM at 80 PSI. Hot water everywhere else but not in this shower. Only cold water coming out no matter where handle is turned.

Hello Reff, Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for the low hot flow you are experiencing with your Delta Faucet and I am happy to help you. The most common cause of a low flow rate is debris. The best way to clear any debris is to flush the supply lines. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute. Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. This means that the pressure-balancing spool is moving freely, as it should. If it does not, you can try soaking the cartridge in white vinegar for about 15-30 minutes. Please contact us back directly via email with any further questions. Best Regards, Skyler
