The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. I’m looking for a shower head with hand held inside the main head, do you have any that are metal? Are all hand held ones made with plastic? If metal what are the part numbers in bronze?

I have 58499-rb dual shower head. The coupling between the shower head and where it connects to the pipe from the wall broke at the nut so it now leaks. Is there a replacement part for it?  Thank you

We purchased the Delta 58499-RB and had it installed. The hot water is not as hot as our sink water. Could the valve be inserted incorrectly? The water is luke warm. Thank you for your assistance. Steven

If a new shower valve was also installed, I recommend checking that the rotational limit stop was adjusted during installation. It sets the maximum temperature. We live in an area with low water pressure.  Does this unit have some type of water saver/restrictor that can be removed so that we get a better stream?

how does this compare to the 58480

The differences between the Delta In2ition HSSH 1.75 GPM 4-Setting Model 58499 and the Delta H2Okinetic® In2ition® 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower Model 58480 are that the 58499 is not H2O Kinetic, and has four settings as opposed to the five settings of the 58480. I am unable to rotate the ball joint to adjust the angle. Is there a trick to move it? I have another model purchased about 5 years ago that rotates up/down, side to side with no problem.

Is there a way to get access to the diverter valve seals to grease them the valve is getting hard to turn? I see a cap on the opposite side not sure how that comes off?

I need a new rope (or hos for) for model 58499-BL. It broke off of my shower head and I have never even used the shower! Very disappointed. I can send a picture. The shower head is fully installed so all I need is the rope part.

In the specs for this In2ition 58499-SS it says in has a pause feature under the spray settings. Can you tell me where the pause buttons is and how it works?
