I have had this shower head for 5 years. Paid good bit of money for it and the thing that drew me to this purchase was the lifetime warranty. I had a part break on the inside shower head and called in about it and they no longer carry it and the part that broke off of it is not warrented anyway they said. Well in my opinion this is just an out and out deception on Delta. I will buy another brand over Delta any day! paid over $200.00 for this faucet head and let down big time. My advice don't waste your time on expensive lifetime warranty things from Delta!

Replaced a 7 year old In2ition
The improvements on this one are fantastic such as the handheld pause button is now a switch rather than a button!! Also the different modes such as the massage selection actually work much better and works well with the shower head on! So glad that the old one broke as this one is much better! Please note that the plumber purchased these direct from Delta rather than a big box store version.

This shower head is "the bomb".
I bought this shower head for our redone bathroom in our old house years ago. I took a chance and that was it. I have stayed with this shower head into my following apartment (took the original with me), and then my condo. It's so easy to use, the shower lovely and large, and the hand-held part so great for various needs. I did remove the water saver because I want a good shower, but it really didn't make that much difference. Good job,Delta!!!

I just remodeled, and have this shower head installed in one of my bathrooms. The city inspector is asking if it has a built in anti-siphon valve (need proof to pass). Does any of the literature on this item cover that? Please help! Thx.

Metal products?
Quick question.. are any models similar to this made of metal instead of junk plastic? Common concern to most people is if plastic will hold up, short answer it wont. I understand its used to keep costs down, but why is it hardly any companies use quality metal anymore? Ude think with most being $100 and up, a more quality product could be made.

Unfortunately, we do not offer user manuals for the In2ition showers, but I would be happy to assist you in operating yours.
To operate the shower head alone, you will need to flip the diverter lever located on the main shower head to the topmost position, to operate the shower head and hand shower simultaneously, you will need to flip the diverter to the center position and to operate the hand shower alone, you will need to flip the diverter to the bottom most position.
On the hand shower wand, you will be able to divert through the various spray settings by flipping the mode selector from left to right and to pause the flow of water to a trickle, you will need to press the button on the center of the mode selector on the hand shower wand.

Besides minor difference in spray hole pattern, what is the difference in this model and the much less expensive models sold at big box stores?
Thank you for your question, Lori! Our In2ition shower heads can differ widely in appearance and spray settings. This model has a 60-82" stretchable metal hose and has metal components at the shower arm connection. Other models may or may not have different hoses or a non-metallic threaded connection.

What does it mean when it says fully plated?

Thank you for your inquiry. The Delta In2ition 58569-RB-PK showering unit is fully plated in the Venetian Bronze finish. Meaning all parts of the showerhead and handshower has the Venetian Bronze finish, including the ball joint of the showerhead mount.

What is the difference between Delta 58569-RB-PK and the Delta Faucet RP76500OB?

Thank you for your question. The difference between the 58569-RB-PK and the RP76500OB is the finish is different. 58569-RB-PK is Venetian Bronze and the RP76500OB is Oil Rubbed Bronze. Also, the RP76500OB does not come with a hose assembly.

Can the restrictor be removed to allow for greater water pressure?

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend removing the flow restrictor from the shower head or hand shower wand as it will no longer meet the specific plumbing codes and could potentially disrupt the way the model functions. Also, removal of the flow restrictor will void the warranty for this product.

The threads on the arm that comes out of the wall rusted away and the whole head assembly fell off. Is this covered in the warranty?

What parts of this shower head and hose are plastic versus metal?

Our Delta shower heads are made of plastic due to safety issues so as hot water goes through metal, we recommend to not touch the metal as it may scald skin. We have the brushed bronze finish shower head. Our contractor lost the ring that goes against the shower wall that conceals the edges of the tile where the spiget comes out.

how to keep the removable shower head in place securely it seems to fall out easily when touched? Also how to soften the hose , its very stiff?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your shower head and hose. Some of our hoses can be stiff out of the packaging, but do loosen up over time. You can help speed up that process by running hot water through the hose and flexing it to help loosen the material.

Also, this model has been designed to dispense a maximum of 2 GPM (gallons per minute). If you are more familiar with using a model which dispenses 2.5 GPM, you may notice a slight decrease in the amount of water the shower head dispenses.
If you would like to test your model to ensure you are receiving the full 2 gallons of water per each minute that it runs, you can fill a pitcher or bucket for one minute and measure the amount of water the unit dispenses.
One of the more common issues with receiving a lowered flow rate is debris. If you are receiving less than the 2 gallons per minute, you can soak the unit in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution overnight, which should resolve this issue.

I have this product in brushed nickel. There are two plastic pieces that hold the handheld part in place inside the larger head. One of those pieces are missing, so the handheld shower head won't stay connected to the larger head. How do I replace it?
