Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unhappy customer I have had this shower head for 5 years. Paid good bit of money for it and the thing that drew me to this purchase was the lifetime warranty. I had a part break on the inside shower head and called in about it and they no longer carry it and the part that broke off of it is not warrented anyway they said. Well in my opinion this is just an out and out deception on Delta. I will buy another brand over Delta any day! paid over $200.00 for this faucet head and let down big time. My advice don't waste your time on expensive lifetime warranty things from Delta!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replaced a 7 year old In2ition The improvements on this one are fantastic such as the handheld pause button is now a switch rather than a button!! Also the different modes such as the massage selection actually work much better and works well with the shower head on! So glad that the old one broke as this one is much better! Please note that the plumber purchased these direct from Delta rather than a big box store version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This shower head is "the bomb". I bought this shower head for our redone bathroom in our old house years ago. I took a chance and that was it. I have stayed with this shower head into my following apartment (took the original with me), and then my condo. It's so easy to use, the shower lovely and large, and the hand-held part so great for various needs. I did remove the water saver because I want a good shower, but it really didn't make that much difference. Good job,Delta!!!

I need just the hose for 58569 in venetian bronze

I have had this shower for about 5 years. The water flow through the handheld is impeded.  I have done everything possible to clean it. I need to replace it.  Water flows through the hose fine. Water is impeded on all handheld settings.

Is the handheld unit held in place by a magnet? If not, what is the model number of one that is. Also, water pressure is an issue with us as our cabin is on well water. Are all the shower heads equipped with the water sense technology?/recommendations?

In regard to the tight mode selector, we recommend soaking your shower head in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water for about 30 minutes up to one hour to help break up the debris. What’s the difference between this model, 58569-PK, and an identical model that cost less, the 75583C? This model lists for 3x as much as the 75583C and I cannot find any differences in the technical documentation.

How can I adjust the temperature controls? When the shower head is turned on max the temperature is warm.
