Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unhappy customer I have had this shower head for 5 years. Paid good bit of money for it and the thing that drew me to this purchase was the lifetime warranty. I had a part break on the inside shower head and called in about it and they no longer carry it and the part that broke off of it is not warrented anyway they said. Well in my opinion this is just an out and out deception on Delta. I will buy another brand over Delta any day! paid over $200.00 for this faucet head and let down big time. My advice don't waste your time on expensive lifetime warranty things from Delta!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replaced a 7 year old In2ition The improvements on this one are fantastic such as the handheld pause button is now a switch rather than a button!! Also the different modes such as the massage selection actually work much better and works well with the shower head on! So glad that the old one broke as this one is much better! Please note that the plumber purchased these direct from Delta rather than a big box store version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This shower head is "the bomb". I bought this shower head for our redone bathroom in our old house years ago. I took a chance and that was it. I have stayed with this shower head into my following apartment (took the original with me), and then my condo. It's so easy to use, the shower lovely and large, and the hand-held part so great for various needs. I did remove the water saver because I want a good shower, but it really didn't make that much difference. Good job,Delta!!!

I just had the DE 58569 PR PK installed and cannot figure out how to use the handheld without water coming out of the shower head. I would like to use it to clean the tub without getting wet.  Thank you

I had this shower head for 2 years, it never had a problem until today, the handheld part will not have water come out. how do I troubleshoot this? Thank you!

You need to press the black pause mode button, sometimes with a fair amount of force, in order for it to release as it sounds as this is engaged and is not allowing water to the hand shower. We installed showerhead in Nov. & water pressure was fine. Now it is very low. The pressure in rest of house is fine. I cleaned the showerhead nozzles. Does this showerhead have a restricter and if so can it be removed to give more water volume/pressure.

I recommend uninstalling the showerhead and running the water to flush the faucet and checking the flow with the showerhead removed. Clean out any debris trapped in the connection. I cannot find anywhere in this specifications if this product includes anything other than the showerhead like the on/off handle and installation hardware

How do I detach smaller shower head from locked in shower head

Our Delta Faucet In2ition® 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower In Chrome MODEL#: 58569-PK handheld can be removed by grabbing the handle part of the hand shower and lifting it out to unclick. Once that has been unclicked the whole hand shower should come out. To reinsert, start by pushing in the hand shower head first, then pushing in the handle part back until you hear a click. What is the warranty on the In2ition handheld wand?
