Recently the hand held lever has stopped working, it will not turn and I'm afraid to push any harder for fear of it completely breaking off. Our home doesn't have hard water and we keep the fixtures clean, i don't understand why it has seized up. Probably going to purchase another showerhead with a different type of spray selector.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shower Head! This is a great shower head. It was easy to install, and it has a lot of water pressure. Be sure to buy the 2.5 GPM if you want lots of water pressure. The detachable wand is great for cleaning the shower.

I called Delta parts who indicated I would receive the part in six days and did not receive it. I guess I will need to return total trim kit and buy another?

Hi - I have this shower head in Venetian bronze.  It is leaking like crazy!  I am pretty sure i need a new cartridge but I cannot figure out the right one.  Can you let me know what the cartridge model is?  And, do you cover these parts?  Thanks.

Is there a water saver valve that may be causing hot water not to come through as much as cold water? I installed the shower head and I get lukewarm water even though the temperature on the water tank was turned up?

Hi Connie, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 58569-CZ-PR25-PK. Showerheads limit the total maximum flow but don't control the temperature. The water temperature is determined by the shower valve. I purchased the 58569-25-PK model. The installation instructions do not indicate to place teflon tape on the shower arm prior to attaching the shower head. Is that correct? Is the tape not required for installation? Thank you

I purchased this mainly because it looked like you could have the shower head and handheld spraying water at the same time. I cannot get it to do that. How is that setting achieved?

Why would a person buy the 2.5 gpm version vs. the 1.75 gpm version? Both the Home Depot and the Amazon online catalogs simply state that one puts out more water than the other but neither state how or why a consumer should decide between the two.

We had a problem with very fine silt in our well water. It clogged the hand held part of the shower head. Is there a way to clear the head, i.e. taking the head apart to rinse it? I've tried vinegar but the touch holes are clogged.

Our shower was built with a Series 1700 Monitor faucet (shower only) in 1997. Will a new T17235-SS-1 Shower faucet work with a replacement RP32104 Cartridge, or will it require a new valve?

Unfortunately, we don't have a complete breakdown of the materials used. The water volume handle is metal. The tub spout is a durable nonmetallic construction. Nonmetallic parts are used to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality product while maintaining safety control for the various temperatures of water that go through the product. With the hand shower, for example, the part that you would grab onto is made of plastic or a plastic mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion, and retains heat.
