Recently the hand held lever has stopped working, it will not turn and I'm afraid to push any harder for fear of it completely breaking off. Our home doesn't have hard water and we keep the fixtures clean, i don't understand why it has seized up. Probably going to purchase another showerhead with a different type of spray selector.

I called Delta parts who indicated I would receive the part in six days and did not receive it. I guess I will need to return total trim kit and buy another?

I have a shower built in 1998. It’s has the RP32104 cartridge. Can I use the cartridge that comes with this? Or a new RP32104 with an adapter kit? What are my options for a new trim kit without having to do anything inside the wall? Thank you!

The temperature nozzle continues to come apart despite tightening it with the Allen wrench. It loosened and fallen apart five times. Could it be faulty? What do you suggest? It was installed in March 2025.

To combine the two showers, insert the top slot on the hand shower into the tab of the showerhead. Push the hand shower into the showerhead until the two parts snap together. My water pause button is clogged with what I believe is mineral build up. I tried soaking it in vinegar and baking soda with boiling water but it did not help. Please help, this product is still new and it is expensive.

Does this model have a way to adjust the pressure of the water coming out of the head? I have a new installation and I am not satisfied with the volume and pressure of the flow!

This showerhead does not have a volume control outside of the spray settings and the pause setting. To first troubleshoot an issue with the flow, I recommend removing the showerhead and running the water to flush the faucet and check the flow without the showerhead.
