Doesn't last long term
I've had this showerhead in our bathroom for several years, pretty decent unit. Recently the hand held lever has stopped working, it will not turn and I'm afraid to push any harder for fear of it completely breaking off. Our home doesn't have hard water and we keep the fixtures clean, i don't understand why it has seized up. Probably going to purchase another showerhead with a different type of spray selector.

Great Shower Head!
This is a great shower head. It was easy to install, and it has a lot of water pressure. Be sure to buy the 2.5 GPM if you want lots of water pressure. The detachable wand is great for cleaning the shower.

This In2ition head is one of my go-to choices for clients who want a shower wand option without having to touch their existing tile. The head features a large spray pattern from the wall and multiple spray options for the wand. It's the best of both worlds.

Incomplete parts in kit and need to replace!
Trim unit arrived with box and Delta plastic on the outside of the box but missing the temperature control handle. I called Delta parts who indicated I would receive the part in six days and did not receive it. I guess I will need to return total trim kit and buy another?

we installed this product marked 2.5gpm (the restrictor is blue) - Can we replace the 2.5gpm with something less (2.0gpm or less) to meet water restrictions in our area? If so, what is the part number?

Does the 2.5 gpm version of this shower head contain a backflow mechanism and the 1.75 gpm version does not contain this backflow mechanism? Two questions here.

Is there a Wall Mounted Fixed bracket that can be purchased so the hand held can be placed into this bracket that would be mounted low on wall so when using a chair to shower the water sprays low toward floor so can soap up then remove to rinse ??

What is the actual GPM of this showerhead? I noticed during installation that even the 2.5 GPM version includes a pre-installed flow restrictor. What is this for?

The max flow rate is 2.5 GPM. A backflow prevention device is used to protect potable water supplies from contamination or pollution due to backflow. In water distribution systems, water is normally maintained at a significant pressure to enable water to flow from the tap, shower, or other fixture.

What does the HSSH stand for on the Model#: 58569-25-PK ? Also, what is the differences between Model# 58569-25-PK & Model# 75588 ? There's a big price difference between the two models, so was wondering what the differences were before I purchase.

The HSSH on our Delta Faucet In2ition HSSH 2.5 GPM 5-Setting In Chrome MODEL#: 58569-25-PK stands for Hand Shower/ Shower Head. The main difference between 58569-25-PK and 75588 is the face of the shower head is different in style and spray setting. Also, the 75588 model is a Lowes exclusive.

Is there a longer hose available for this shower head? 58569-25-PK
Water will not come out of my wand. Can I replace just the wand?

Unfortunately, the hand shower wand is not available as an individual part. I first recommend removing the hand shower from the hose to clean any debris trapped in the connection and to check the water flow with the hand shower removed.
One of the spray modes is a pause setting. Press the button and move the lever to change the spray settings.
