This shower head is amazing. Not only is it beautiful but it works amazingly. I love how easy it was to install. The detachable handheld shower makes it easy to wash your hair or even clean your shower. It really gives my shower a upgrade. I love it.

I love the function of this shower head!!
This showered has worked great in our bathroom. Our bathroom needed a little update and this was perfect. I love how the middle comes off and I can use it to wash down my husbands hair that he shaves in the shower now that he doesn't have much. It is nice to help clean up my children that don't love the shower as much. I do wish that it had more pressure. We had more with our old head. Wonder if the dual head action slows that down? We still love the function of it though.

I got the Delta 58569-BL-PK shower head and I love it. I love the design and how it all comes together for a neat rain like shower. It has several settings and you can run the base with the shower wand, or run them independently. There are several settings for the water pressure as well. It looks stylish and fits the decor in my bathroom perfectly. This shower head is fully adjustable and it make for a relaxing shower experience. Overall, I love this shower head and I am very happy with it.

I have been loving this!
Since I live in an older home and don’t have plumbing for a hand shower this has been a lifesaver! Makes bathing the kids, dogs and cleaning the tub so much easier and I love the you can use the shower head and hand shower at the same time. I would recommend this to anyone looking for this style as it’s such a problem solver! Easy to install too, no tools no mess.

I received this product and I changed my old shower head to this new one which we all like it comes with the shower head and you can use it 2 different ways you can take the shower head off and use it or leave it on the attached top part it also had 3 different shower speeds or you can put to go on one shower head or both we love it it's also easy to put up. Which I also liked.

Incredibly fast and super simple to assemble. It takes a total of 5 minutes from start to finish, unless you have a complicated shower head. I really enjoy the duo shower heads, I can wash my dogs with ease. The stop water button is a God send. Highly recommend.

We have gone through a few dual head shower heads and after time they would not stay in place. (hand-held fell from holder). This head solves that problem! Our only complaint is the water pressure (thanks New York!) The massage feature could have a bit more force

Until the selector broke this was a five star.
I have two of these and like them both, but the selector switch on one broke. I was trying to find replacement parts, and noticed that the broken switch was a common occurrence. Apparently the remedy entails an email contact. Could you please let me know what I can do to remedy this situation?

Water won't come through handheld

Like all others that posted that the adjuster knob on the handheld broke off, so did mine.
I've only had it for over 1 year.
I don't see any answers about replacement parts, only that an e-mail was sent to each person.

Great product but I'm on my second handle
We love Delta products however, twice the lever on the handheld wand, used to change modes has gotten stiff, harder to move, and then eventually broke off. We have soft water and no scaling so I can't imagine it's an issue with the water. Looking at the other comments I'm not the only one with this problem. I really don't like spending $300 every time it breaks. For the price of this high-end shower-head I would think they could make this part out of metal.

Nice features!
I bought this to be the shower head for the Delta Porter set. I had 10x pressure before installation, so I have to figure out how to fix that... There are 5 different settings and changing to each one is simple. The pressure is not enough for the massage setting... Also, the hose is still stiff after 2 weeks of use, but continues to get more pliable using it. It may never be the slinky hose that I am use to... I give it 3 stars because of pressure and the stiff hose... This was a new jet tub/shower walls and fixtures job. Complete bath area... haven't trimmed it out yet.

Less than 2 years old and broken/leaks???
Our new two in one bronze shower head is less than 2 years old and has been leaking for months. Removed hose above and put on plumbers tape and it's still leaking. Searching YouTube and it looks like it is probably a cartridge seal failure. How can that be so soon?

Customer service is great. Had an original In2ition shower head and the control knob broke. You sent a replacement in 2 days. Everything looks great. Only problem is the new shower head has much less pressure than our old one. Any suggestions.

Handheld constantly falls out, and no water pressure when using both the shower heads....
I've had this item for only a few days now, and the handheld shower head will not stay in the middle ring. Bump it, change the water settings, breath and it falls out.
Also, when using the larger shower head and the handheld at the same time, the water pressure comes to a dripping halt. It's fine when using one or the other, but not together. I understand having to divert water from one to two will cause a change, but it's very drastic.
Already looking for a replacement after 3 days and definitely would not recommend to consumers.

Setting adjuster broke
Have had this less that two years and it worked wonderful and I loved the setting up until that adjuster on the hand held part broke. Now I can’t change the settings back. Can’t figure out if I can buy just buy that shower handle part separately with out having to get the entire set up. Very disappointed

newly installed 2in1 and cannot figure out how to turn on the massage feature. Is there a users manual to use on how to operate this model?

Thank you for your question regarding the Delta In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower.I will be happy to assist you today.
Unfortunately, we do not offer user manuals for the In2ition showers, but I would be happy to assist you in operating yours.
To operate the shower head alone, you will need to flip the diverter lever located on the main shower head to the topmost position, to operate the shower head and hand shower simultaneously, you will need to flip the diverter to the center position and to operate the hand shower alone, you will need to flip the diverter to the bottom most position.
On the hand shower wand, you will be able to divert through the various spray settings by flipping the mode selector from left to right and to pause the flow of water to a trickle, you will need to press the button on the center of the mode selector on the hand shower wand.

II have this. Is there a flow restricter in it?
I have low pressure and need more flow. Just wondering if there is a flow restrictor that can be removed.

I am so sorry to hear that the shower head feels as if it is not providing enough pressure. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend removing the flow restrictor from our shower heads as they will no longer meet specific plumbing codes and could potentially disrupt the way the model functions.

Also, this model has been designed to dispense a maximum of 2 GPM (gallons per minute). If you are more familiar with using a model which dispenses 2.5 GPM, you may notice a slight decrease in the amount of water the shower head dispenses.
If you would like to test your model to ensure you are receiving the full 2 gallons of water per each minute that it runs, you can fill a pitcher or bucket for one minute and measure the amount of water the unit dispenses.
One of the more common issues with receiving a lowered flow rate is debris. If you are receiving less than the 2 gallons per minute, you can soak the unit in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution overnight, which should resolve this issue.

I have this product in stainless steel. There are two plastic pieces that hold the handheld part in place inside the larger head. One of those pieces are missing, so the handheld shower head won't stay connected to the larger head. How do I replace?

the mode selector on my shower head kept getting harder and harder to move. It finally broke today. In reading reviews it seems to be a common problem. how can i fix it. the product was purchased sometime in December 2018 as part of a remodeling.

What is the difference between the Delta 58469-SS-PK and 58045-SS?

Thank you for your question. The differences between the models 58469-SS-PK and 58045-SS is the back side material of the actual showerhead and length of the hose assemblies. The 58045-SS hose assembly is longer it is 69 inches and the back side of the showerhead is a gray plastic. The 58469-SS-PK has 60 inch hose assembly and the back side of the showerhead is chrome non metallic material.
