The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. AHH! Feels like a spa retreat.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shower head offers so many different flow options. It really offers a flow for everyone, from soft and relaxing to wake you up get you going fast massaging. Installing the new shower head was a breeze. Seriously it took about 4 minutes from start to finish. I am by no means handy but I easily installed this shower head all by myself. My only negative would be I feel you need really strong water pressure to enjoy both of the shower heads at the same time. Don't get me wrong, both will work at the same time but the pressure of the water that comes out is very light when both head are running at the same time. Overall, I am thrilled with the new shower head. It makes me feel like I am at a luxury resort. A small change made such a big difference!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delta producgts never let me down, they are the best in innovation and technology, especially DELTA IN2ITION 5-SETTING TWO-IN-ONE SHOWER HEAD. With a unique head that comes as a dual hand shower its great. You can also hit the pause button on the hand shower to pause the flow of water, which is awesome in the shower when you really dont need to waste water. It comes with four types of spray heads, full, massage, full spray with massage and slow. Easy to clean with the touch of your finger and removes all lime away and calium build up. Delta never lets me down, especially with Lifetime Warranty its sure worth your buy!

Poor Performance Delta shower head
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Delta In2ition 5-setting two in one shower head is somewhat of a let down. The shower head has low flow and it is terribly obvious, it took forever for me to get my hair thoroughly wet, shampoo rinsed. The water flow despite changing the settings is too soft, So the value of low flow to save water is really not saving water at all because it takes too long to wet or rinse appropriately. There is a button on the front lever of the small head that allows the water to be turned off while you soap up,and when detached from the large head, changes flow settings but the change in settings is so minute that you really can barely tell that it has switched to a different mode. When all together it has a lever behind and to the right of the shower head, again very hard to tell that there is a change in water pattern except it gives a very large overall soft water flow. This just didn't really have any great water settings that would make me say "wow" so for this one I give it a 3.

Nice shower feature
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cool shower head. I like that I can get several types of water flows. I also like that the handle can be removed from the base and the is water flowing from both the base and the handle. I can remove the handle to clean my body or the shower itself. The shower head looks very nice. The handle is easy to remove and put back into the base.
The flaws that I find is that the shower head and the base seem to be made of plastic but it is a strong plastic and is holding up well.

Gives me a spa feel!

The best shower ever.

I have alot of problems and I have to sit in the shower, with this I can have part in my hand to use and still have the water on me like a regular shower. It really helps when my back is hurting, the way the water comes out relaxes my back pains. I wish I would have had this shower at least 10 years ago. I'm gonna make sure everyone I know, knows about this and definitely tries it. My husband loves it also.

Over all pretty good product.

newly installed 2in1 and cannot figure out how to turn on the massage feature. Is there a users manual to use on how to operate this model?

Thank you for your question regarding the Delta In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower.I will be happy to assist you today.
Unfortunately, we do not offer user manuals for the In2ition showers, but I would be happy to assist you in operating yours.
To operate the shower head alone, you will need to flip the diverter lever located on the main shower head to the topmost position, to operate the shower head and hand shower simultaneously, you will need to flip the diverter to the center position and to operate the hand shower alone, you will need to flip the diverter to the bottom most position.
On the hand shower wand, you will be able to divert through the various spray settings by flipping the mode selector from left to right and to pause the flow of water to a trickle, you will need to press the button on the center of the mode selector on the hand shower wand.

II have this. Is there a flow restricter in it?
I have low pressure and need more flow. Just wondering if there is a flow restrictor that can be removed.

Thank you for your question on the Delta In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower.
I am so sorry to hear that the shower head feels as if it is not providing enough pressure. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend removing the flow restrictor from our shower heads as they will no longer meet specific plumbing codes and could potentially disrupt the way the model functions.

Also, this model has been designed to dispense a maximum of 2 GPM (gallons per minute). If you are more familiar with using a model which dispenses 2.5 GPM, you may notice a slight decrease in the amount of water the shower head dispenses.
If you would like to test your model to ensure you are receiving the full 2 gallons of water per each minute that it runs, you can fill a pitcher or bucket for one minute and measure the amount of water the unit dispenses.
One of the more common issues with receiving a lowered flow rate is debris. If you are receiving less than the 2 gallons per minute, you can soak the unit in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution overnight, which should resolve this issue.

Thank you for your question. The hose assembly for the Delta 58569-PK is a stretchable metal hose and stretches 60"-82" (1524 mm - 2083 mm). If needed, any of our hose assemblies will fit the shower head/hand shower unit.

I have this product in stainless steel. There are two plastic pieces that hold the handheld part in place inside the larger head. One of those pieces are missing, so the handheld shower head won't stay connected to the larger head. How do I replace?

the mode selector on my shower head kept getting harder and harder to move. It finally broke today. In reading reviews it seems to be a common problem. how can i fix it. the product was purchased sometime in December 2018 as part of a remodeling.

What is the difference between the Delta 58469-SS-PK and 58045-SS?

Thank you for your question. The differences between the models 58469-SS-PK and 58045-SS is the back side material of the actual showerhead and length of the hose assemblies. The 58045-SS hose assembly is longer it is 69 inches and the back side of the showerhead is a gray plastic. The 58469-SS-PK has 60 inch hose assembly and the back side of the showerhead is chrome non metallic material.
