Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ain’t worth the money! We are on our second shower head due to a cheap plastic knob on the handheld and the same knob has broken again today. The first one broke just over a year ago and Delta sent a new one but I had a feeling it wouldn’t last long and guess what, it barely made it 1 year! I called customer service and the first girl I spoke with was supposed to send me a link to send them pictures to. I called back about an hour later and the second girl I spoke with said “Yeah it looks like she didn’t send it.” This girl sent me the link, I forwarded the pictures and then I got busy at work. I called back about 4 hours later and I was given the run around with customer service because I couldn’t remember when the original shower head was installed. This woman was rude and was doing everything she could to get off the phone with me. I’ve had plenty of Delta shower heads in faucets in the multiple houses I’ve lived in and even put some in at my firehouse without any issues. All were made of high quality materials but this one, not so much! It is not worth my time or money anymore! Delta…do better!

I bought it with resale of my home in mind because for me I only use the one spray option and both the handheld and entire shower head work as expected. Moving to a new home and will buy again.

If I purchase a D58569SS25PK shower head do I need to purchase a valve as well?

I purchased the 58569-25-PK model. The installation instructions do not indicate to place teflon tape on the shower arm prior to attaching the shower head. Is that correct? Is the tape not required for installation? Thank you

What is the GPM of this unit? What is the differance between this unit and the 58480?

Why would a person buy the 2.5 gpm version vs. the 1.75 gpm version? Both the Home Depot and the Amazon online catalogs simply state that one puts out more water than the other but neither state how or why a consumer should decide between the two.

We had a problem with very fine silt in our well water. It clogged the hand held part of the shower head. Is there a way to clear the head, i.e. taking the head apart to rinse it? I've tried vinegar but the touch holes are clogged.
