Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ain’t worth the money! We are on our second shower head due to a cheap plastic knob on the handheld and the same knob has broken again today. The first one broke just over a year ago and Delta sent a new one but I had a feeling it wouldn’t last long and guess what, it barely made it 1 year! I called customer service and the first girl I spoke with was supposed to send me a link to send them pictures to. I called back about an hour later and the second girl I spoke with said “Yeah it looks like she didn’t send it.” This girl sent me the link, I forwarded the pictures and then I got busy at work. I called back about 4 hours later and I was given the run around with customer service because I couldn’t remember when the original shower head was installed. This woman was rude and was doing everything she could to get off the phone with me. I’ve had plenty of Delta shower heads in faucets in the multiple houses I’ve lived in and even put some in at my firehouse without any issues. All were made of high quality materials but this one, not so much! It is not worth my time or money anymore! Delta…do better!

I bought it with resale of my home in mind because for me I only use the one spray option and both the handheld and entire shower head work as expected. Moving to a new home and will buy again.

what is the warranty on this product? we've had a few yers and now the rubber insets are all detereating and falling out.

I am vertically challenged at 5’2” - can I easily reach the hand held part to detach it from the main unit?    How does it detach and reattach?    My husband is 6 ft - so we can’t lower it too mucch

The Delta In2ition HSSH 2.5 GPM 5-Setting MODEL# 58569-RB25-PK integrated hand shower docks securely into the shower head when not in use. To combine the two showers, insert the top slot on the hand shower into the tab of the showerhead. Push the hand shower into the showerhead until the two parts snap together. My water pause button is clogged with what I believe is mineral build up. I tried soaking it in vinegar and baking soda with boiling water but it did not help. Please help, this product is still new and it is expensive.

On the In2ition HSSH 2.5 GPM shower head how do you turn on the shower head and the hand held together?

Does this model have a way to adjust the pressure of the water coming out of the head? I have a new installation and I am not satisfied with the volume and pressure of the flow!

This showerhead does not have a volume control outside of the spray settings and the pause setting. To first troubleshoot an issue with the flow, I recommend removing the showerhead and running the water to flush the faucet and check the flow without the showerhead. Is there a Wall Mounted Fixed bracket that can be purchased so the hand held can be placed into this bracket that would be mounted low on wall so when using a chair to shower the water sprays low toward floor so can soap up then remove to rinse ??

What is the actual GPM of this showerhead? I noticed during installation that even the 2.5 GPM version includes a pre-installed flow restrictor. What is this for?

A backflow prevention device is used to protect potable water supplies from contamination or pollution due to backflow. In water distribution systems, water is normally maintained at a significant pressure to enable water to flow from the tap, shower, or other fixture. What does the HSSH stand for on the Model#: 58569-25-PK ? Also, what is the differences between Model# 58569-25-PK & Model# 75588 ? There's a big price difference between the two models, so was wondering what the differences were before I purchase.

Unfortunately, the hand shower wand is not available as an individual part. I first recommend removing the hand shower from the hose to clean any debris trapped in the connection and to check the water flow with the hand shower removed.
