Spray controller broke off in my 72 year old hand!
The lever that changes the type of spray pattern has always been difficult to move so we just keep it on one or two settings. Today it finally broke off in my hand. It is stuck on my least favorite setting. The bronze coating is flaking off on the cord. This wasn’t cheap, so disappointed cause our entire house is Delta.

Unhappy customer
I have had this shower head for 5 years. Paid good bit of money for it and the thing that drew me to this purchase was the lifetime warranty. I had a part break on the inside shower head and called in about it and they no longer carry it and the part that broke off of it is not warrented anyway they said. Well in my opinion this is just an out and out deception on Delta. I will buy another brand over Delta any day! paid over $200.00 for this faucet head and let down big time. My advice don't waste your time on expensive lifetime warranty things from Delta!

Replaced a 7 year old In2ition
The improvements on this one are fantastic such as the handheld pause button is now a switch rather than a button!! Also the different modes such as the massage selection actually work much better and works well with the shower head on! So glad that the old one broke as this one is much better! Please note that the plumber purchased these direct from Delta rather than a big box store version.

This shower head is "the bomb".
I bought this shower head for our redone bathroom in our old house years ago. I took a chance and that was it. I have stayed with this shower head into my following apartment (took the original with me), and then my condo. It's so easy to use, the shower lovely and large, and the hand-held part so great for various needs. I did remove the water saver because I want a good shower, but it really didn't make that much difference. Good job,Delta!!!

What parts of this shower head and hose are plastic versus metal?

Thank you for your question. The Delta In2ition 5-Setting Hand Shower 58569-SS-PK unit is plastic. Our Delta shower heads are made of plastic due to safety issues so as hot water goes through metal, we recommend to not touch the metal as it may scald skin. Please know that all of our products undergo rigorous tests to ensure long-lasting use and are made with high-grade materials. How do you take of head for hand held

The hand shower can be removed from the inside of the showerhead by gripping the handle and bring it toward you in a downward swinging motion.

Need a new part- ring for wall
We have the brushed bronze finish shower head. Our contractor lost the ring that goes against the shower wall that conceals the edges of the tile where the spiget comes out.

Normally, the handle rotation and temperature adjusting would be at the handle/valve area of your faucet. Thank you for your question. We do not make shower filter for our Delta Faucet Shower Heads. We recommend to check a local plumbing supply or hardware stores for shower head filters that connect with standard 1/2" connections.

How to remove the handheld part from the total head?

On the 58569-PK to remove the hand held push up, outward and then pull down. Doing this will release the hand held from the shower head.

how do you pause or change the flow pattern on the in2ition H2O kinetic 5 setting two-in-one shower head
I see the lever to select whether it operates with only the hand-held, only the outer circle, or both, but I do not see anything that pauses the flow or changes the flow pattern (e.g., massage) like it's supposed to do.

There is a small lever on the hand shower part of the unit. It is right underneath the face of the hand shower. The lever of the hand shower will change the mode settings and the button on top of the lever of the hand shower will pause the water going to the hand shower.

How to increase the water flow
Is there a way to increase the water glow in the shower head? is there I water flow restrictor?
The reply from Delta is wrong. There absolutely are restrictors in this shower head. Any knowledgeable plumber will know where they are and can easily remove them. There are restrictors in both the hand held and the main head.

Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta 58569-PK In2ition 2-in-1 Shower Unit. We recommend to make sure the hand shower is clipped into the fixed shower head by making sure the hand shower is clicked inside securely by pushing in the hand shower head first then pushing in the handle part back until you hear a click.

Water not flowing from both handheld and head at once
It's a new installation. Water comes out of the shower head or the handheld, but not both at once. We've tried all the combinations we can think of.

On the side of the the main shower head, there should be a small chrome lever which can be flipped up, to the center and down. The top-most position allows for the shower head to run alone, the middle position allows for the shower head and hand held wand to run simultaneously and the lowest position will allow for the hand shower to run alone.

What is the difference between this Model (#58569) and the 58480-PK?

Thank you for your question. The Delta In2ition 5-Setting 58569-PK and the H2Okinetic 5-Setting 58480-PK have a different style design. The both have a WaterSense flow rate of 1.75 GPM at 80 PSI. The 58569-PK model comes with an 82 in. hose assembly. The 58480-PK model comes with a 60 in. hose assembly, MagnaTite docking hand shower and a H2Okinetic spray feature.

Thank you for your question on the Delta In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower.
I am happy to assist you today. Please try to soak the hand shower in a solution of 50/50 distilled white vinegar and water for a few hours and then flush out the unit with warm water and try to divert through the various settings.
It may be possible that debris or calcium deposits are blocking the area behind the spray face. The white vinegar should loosen up any type of debris and break it down and flushing the hand shower will likely help with pushing the debris out.
If you do not notice an improvement, we suggest soaking the unit in up to 75/25 distilled white vinegar and water overnight and repeat the process, though if there is still no improvement, we will be happy to help you where we can.

If you run just the handheld part of the shower how many GPM are you using at 70 PSI

At 70 PSI you should see a flow rate of about 1.75 gallons per minute. I hope this is helpful! The hose is insanely rigid, it won't just fall with gravity, it keeps its contorted shape, is there a way to loosen the hose or stretch it out?

Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that your Delta 58569-PK hose assembly is ridid. Usually through use and time, the hose will loosen. We recommend run hot water through the shower unit (while noone is in the shower) for a few minutes at a time.

Heat Adjustment
Is there an adjustment for the temperature? This showerhead does not get hot enough...only lukewarm. Is there any adjustment that can be made to allow more heat?

You would need to turn the lever on the front of the hand shower to change the mode settings and the button on top of the lever, pushes in to pause the water going to the hand shower.

I have this product in stainless steel. There are two plastic pieces that hold the handheld part in place inside the larger head. One of those pieces are missing, so the handheld shower head won't stay connected to the larger head. How do I replace?

the mode selector on my shower head kept getting harder and harder to move. It finally broke today. In reading reviews it seems to be a common problem. how can i fix it. the product was purchased sometime in December 2018 as part of a remodeling.

The hose size is limited, so I'd rather connect it to your sliding bar and then I can install the other end of the hose at a lower height in the wall

Metal products?
Quick question.. are any models similar to this made of metal instead of junk plastic? Common concern to most people is if plastic will hold up, short answer it wont. I understand its used to keep costs down, but why is it hardly any companies use quality metal anymore? Ude think with most being $100 and up, a more quality product could be made.

Unfortunately, we do not offer user manuals for the In2ition showers, but I would be happy to assist you in operating yours.
To operate the shower head alone, you will need to flip the diverter lever located on the main shower head to the topmost position, to operate the shower head and hand shower simultaneously, you will need to flip the diverter to the center position and to operate the hand shower alone, you will need to flip the diverter to the bottom most position.
On the hand shower wand, you will be able to divert through the various spray settings by flipping the mode selector from left to right and to pause the flow of water to a trickle, you will need to press the button on the center of the mode selector on the hand shower wand.

This model has a 60-82" stretchable metal hose and has metal components at the shower arm connection. Other models may or may not have different hoses or a non-metallic threaded connection.
