The lever that changes the type of spray pattern has always been difficult to move so we just keep it on one or two settings. Today it finally broke off in my hand. It is stuck on my least favorite setting. The bronze coating is flaking off on the cord. This wasn’t cheap, so disappointed cause our entire house is Delta.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unhappy customer I have had this shower head for 5 years. Paid good bit of money for it and the thing that drew me to this purchase was the lifetime warranty. I had a part break on the inside shower head and called in about it and they no longer carry it and the part that broke off of it is not warrented anyway they said. Well in my opinion this is just an out and out deception on Delta. I will buy another brand over Delta any day! paid over $200.00 for this faucet head and let down big time. My advice don't waste your time on expensive lifetime warranty things from Delta!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replaced a 7 year old In2ition The improvements on this one are fantastic such as the handheld pause button is now a switch rather than a button!! Also the different modes such as the massage selection actually work much better and works well with the shower head on! So glad that the old one broke as this one is much better! Please note that the plumber purchased these direct from Delta rather than a big box store version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This shower head is "the bomb". I bought this shower head for our redone bathroom in our old house years ago. I took a chance and that was it. I have stayed with this shower head into my following apartment (took the original with me), and then my condo. It's so easy to use, the shower lovely and large, and the hand-held part so great for various needs. I did remove the water saver because I want a good shower, but it really didn't make that much difference. Good job,Delta!!!

dimensions on total head and weight

Hi Rachel, Thank you for your question. When docked, the hand shower and showerhead have a height of 11". The showerhead is 6 27/32" in diameter, and is 5 7/16" from front to back. It weighs 2.57 lb. Best regards, Jon

What does it mean when it says fully plated?

Dear TB, Thank you for your inquiry. The Delta In2ition 58569-RB-PK showering unit is fully plated in the Venetian Bronze finish. Meaning all parts of the showerhead and handshower has the Venetian Bronze finish, including the ball joint of the showerhead mount. Best regards, Tanya

What is the difference between Delta 58569-RB-PK and the Delta Faucet RP76500OB?

The threads on the arm that comes out of the wall rusted away and the whole head assembly fell off. Is this covered in the warranty?

I purchased the 58045RB a couple years ago. Love the look and function. Thinking this is a material failure. Can send the assembly to you with the rusted threads. What should I do?

how to keep the removable shower head in place securely it seems to fall out easily when touched? Also how to soften the hose , its very stiff?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your shower head and hose. Some of our hoses can be stiff out of the packaging, but do loosen up over time. You can help speed up that process by running hot water through the hose and flexing it to help loosen the material. II have this. Is there a flow restricter in it?

I have low pressure and need more flow. Just wondering if there is a flow restrictor that can be removed.

Hello Bill, Thank you for your question on the Delta In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower. I am so sorry to hear that the shower head feels as if it is not providing enough pressure. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend removing the flow restrictor from our shower heads as they will no longer meet specific plumbing codes and could potentially disrupt the way the model functions. If you would like more information on our flow restrictors, please visit the link below: http://worldwide.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/faq/water+pressure/index.html Also, this model has been designed to dispense a maximum of 2 GPM (gallons per minute). If you are more familiar with using a model which dispenses 2.5 GPM, you may notice a slight decrease in the amount of water the shower head dispenses. If you would like to test your model to ensure you are receiving the full 2 gallons of water per each minute that it runs, you can fill a pitcher or bucket for one minute and measure the amount of water the unit dispenses. One of the more common issues with receiving a lowered flow rate is debris. If you are receiving less than the 2 gallons per minute, you can soak the unit in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution overnight, which should resolve this issue. If you are not getting this flow rate, we suggest removing the shower head and checking the debris screen in the back. Is it possible to get operation instructions for Delta Showerhead. 58569-SS-PK

Hello Anne, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower and I am happy to help you today. Unfortunately, we do not have an operation manual for this model at this time and I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. Although, to operate the shower head alone, you will need to flip the diverter lever located on the main shower head to the topmost position, to operate the shower head and hand shower simultaneously, you will need to flip the diverter to the center position and to operate the hand shower alone, you will need to flip the diverter to the bottom most position. On the hand shower wand, you will be able to divert through the various spray settings by flipping the mode selector from left to right and to pause the flow of water to a trickle, you will need to press the button on the center of the mode selector on the hand shower wand. I have this product in brushed nickel. There are two plastic pieces that hold the handheld part in place inside the larger head. One of those pieces are missing, so the handheld shower head won't stay connected to the larger head. How do I replace it?

i just had this installed and i can't any water to out of the detachable middle section, nor i can get the larger outer ring to change settings?

Thanks for your question, Darren! The dial on the front of the hand shower of the Delta In2ition 5-Spray 58569-SS-PK model will adjust the spray pattern of the hand shower only. It also has a Pause button in the center of the dial that reduces the flow to a trickle. There is a knob on the side of the shower head that diverts water between the two heads. Best regards, Tanya

The shower head will not stop when setting to pause only the hand held piece. It also won't shut off the main shower head until you turn entire shower off. Tried all adjustments on the knob, only works for the hand held. It's the A112.18.1m

I have one of these and would like to get an extension hose.

Is there a part number for a dual male end connector where I can connect 2 of these hoses together? My shower is very large and tall and I would like them to reach the floor.
