The lever that changes the type of spray pattern has always been difficult to move so we just keep it on one or two settings. Today it finally broke off in my hand. It is stuck on my least favorite setting. The bronze coating is flaking off on the cord. This wasn’t cheap, so disappointed cause our entire house is Delta.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unhappy customer I have had this shower head for 5 years. Paid good bit of money for it and the thing that drew me to this purchase was the lifetime warranty. I had a part break on the inside shower head and called in about it and they no longer carry it and the part that broke off of it is not warrented anyway they said. Well in my opinion this is just an out and out deception on Delta. I will buy another brand over Delta any day! paid over $200.00 for this faucet head and let down big time. My advice don't waste your time on expensive lifetime warranty things from Delta!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replaced a 7 year old In2ition The improvements on this one are fantastic such as the handheld pause button is now a switch rather than a button!! Also the different modes such as the massage selection actually work much better and works well with the shower head on! So glad that the old one broke as this one is much better! Please note that the plumber purchased these direct from Delta rather than a big box store version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This shower head is "the bomb". I bought this shower head for our redone bathroom in our old house years ago. I took a chance and that was it. I have stayed with this shower head into my following apartment (took the original with me), and then my condo. It's so easy to use, the shower lovely and large, and the hand-held part so great for various needs. I did remove the water saver because I want a good shower, but it really didn't make that much difference. Good job,Delta!!!

Is the showerhead connector made of plastic or steel?

But in general, the faucet or product may contain any or all of the following: Bronze, Brass, Zinc, Stainless Steel, Copper, Aluminum, PEX-C, Silicone, Synthetic rubber - EDPM, Santoprene, Vinyl, Nylon, Plastics, and Ceramics. I realize some parts are plastic and some metal, but overall, is the bulk of the showerhead (i.e., the showerhead and handle pictured) made of metal? Or is it plastic with a chrome finish?

We installed showerhead in Nov. & water pressure was fine. Now it is very low. The pressure in rest of house is fine. I cleaned the showerhead nozzles. Does this showerhead have a restricter and if so can it be removed to give more water volume/pressure.

What is the warranty on the In2ition handheld wand?

Were doing a bathroom remodel. What other parts do I need to install this shower set in Matte Black. We also want sink faucets in Matte black with high neck on faucet to match the shower set. Do I need a diverter valve too?

You can install the 58569-BL-PK with a normal shower system with either the in-wall diverter, R11000 plus a trim, or you can use a shower arm diverter. A shower arm diverter is a device you connect directly to the shower arm so you can divert from the shower head to a handshower. We appreciate your inquiry. I have had this shower for about 5 years. The water flow through the handheld is impeded.  I have done everything possible to clean it. I need to replace it.  Water flows through the hose fine. Water is impeded on all handheld settings.

In regard to the tight mode selector, we recommend soaking your shower head in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water for about 30 minutes up to one hour to help break up the debris. What’s the difference between this model, 58569-PK, and an identical model that cost less, the 75583C? This model lists for 3x as much as the 75583C and I cannot find any differences in the technical documentation.
