The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look — with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. You can install with confidence, knowing that Delta showers are backed by our Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't last long term I've had this showerhead in our bathroom for several years, pretty decent unit. Recently the hand held lever has stopped working, it will not turn and I'm afraid to push any harder for fear of it completely breaking off. Our home doesn't have hard water and we keep the fixtures clean, i don't understand why it has seized up. Probably going to purchase another showerhead with a different type of spray selector.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shower Head! This is a great shower head. It was easy to install, and it has a lot of water pressure. Be sure to buy the 2.5 GPM if you want lots of water pressure. The detachable wand is great for cleaning the shower.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ain’t worth the money! We are on our second shower head due to a cheap plastic knob on the handheld and the same knob has broken again today. The first one broke just over a year ago and Delta sent a new one but I had a feeling it wouldn’t last long and guess what, it barely made it 1 year! I called customer service and the first girl I spoke with was supposed to send me a link to send them pictures to. I called back about an hour later and the second girl I spoke with said “Yeah it looks like she didn’t send it.” This girl sent me the link, I forwarded the pictures and then I got busy at work. I called back about 4 hours later and I was given the run around with customer service because I couldn’t remember when the original shower head was installed. This woman was rude and was doing everything she could to get off the phone with me. I’ve had plenty of Delta shower heads in faucets in the multiple houses I’ve lived in and even put some in at my firehouse without any issues. All were made of high quality materials but this one, not so much! It is not worth my time or money anymore! Delta…do better!

Is this a full metal shower head? Want one that is not plastic

This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Two questions that may be helpful: What is the shower head diameter size; and, does the head swivel or adjust for spray direction? Thanks in advance!

Hi, Ken B! Thank you for your question. The Delta 58569-25-PK In2ition 2-in-1 Shower Head measures 6 13/16" (173 mm) in diameter. The hand shower measures 3 11/16" (94 mm) in diameter. The shower head does swivel and angle left/right and up/down to adjust to your liking. Best Regards, Rosanna

Same question as SCprez above.  I have good water pressure through the hose, but no water coming out of the wand.  Is there a way to open and clean out the wand or replace it?
