the hand held part always falls out! its plastic and never stays in place!
i will never buy plastic again! great color but does not work and the water flow is very low! its not my water pressure it is the head.

They will stand behind their products.
Received this unit in replacement of one I purchased couple of years ago. Unit was working great and as described but for some reason had a part start leaving and noticed it was cracked. Called Delta and no issues no questions asked had it replaced. If that is not great customer service I don't know what is. Great product!!

This shower head is better than even expected!
We had never had a shower head with a hand head before, and my Mother had a earlier model of this. When we used hers, we knew we wanted one as well. We love all the features and it is so nice to have the hand head option. When cleaning the shower walls, it makes that job so much more manageable to be able to use the hand head to wash down the walls afterwards. Now, we would never want another shower head without also the hand head. Also, if you are using a shower seat, this is a must have for anyone.

High quality sprayer with attractive finish
I've used this shower head for a few weeks now, and have found it to be convenient. When the ambient temperature is low, I appreciate its ability to spray from the top to keep my upper body warm while I use the wand to rinse lower body parts. The wand isn't nearly as awkward and clunky as other models, and I also like the brushed silver finish and metal durability.
A complaint which may not apply to others is that for my shower stall, the hose is too long, so the wand rests on the floor when it's detached. In addition, the wand doesn't have a positive snap/grip when it's attached to the head. These are minor complaints which I'll be able to work around. This shower head is a definite improvement over the last.

Leak
I have a leak where the hose connects to the hand unit. It appears to swivel but does not seem to unscrew or tighten. Otherwise I love the unit that I have had for the last three months. I love the Champaign Bronze finish.

Handshower won't stay attached.
I love this showerhead, but the handshower seems to have trouble staying up. I was woken up in the middle of the night last night by a loud bang when it fell out. It also falls out in the middle of a shower. Is this an issue that other people have had? And if so, how can I fix it?

This is a great 2 in one shower I love the pause function on this model just press the button and the water pauses it also has more functions than the older model also it is more sturdy definitely love it highly recommended

Great in theory but poor execution
Just purchased this shower head. We just built our home and I wanted a delta handheld so that it would match the other plumbing fixtures in the shower and sinks. My husband and I are less than impressed by the lack of water that comes out. Sure, you can use both heads at the same time but won't have enough pressure to get shampoo out of your hair. We have to turn only the smaller handheld head on to get enough but still then it's not great. Our original shower head was strong and perfect.

poor water pressure
just had tub shower installed ,water saver feature restricks water so much it barly works 240plus dollars wasted no way to remove or adjust water flow ,,,took off showe head and replaced with my old worn looking shower head just so I could shower,,,,,,,,very disappointed waiting to hear about a recall ,,,please

Love this product. I love the smaller hand held one that snaps out of center, great for getting all shampoo out of hair and adjust to a powerful rinse tool! I would recommend this product. Delta is also a great brand for a good value.

AHH! Feels like a spa retreat.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shower head offers so many different flow options. It really offers a flow for everyone, from soft and relaxing to wake you up get you going fast massaging. Installing the new shower head was a breeze. Seriously it took about 4 minutes from start to finish. I am by no means handy but I easily installed this shower head all by myself. My only negative would be I feel you need really strong water pressure to enjoy both of the shower heads at the same time. Don't get me wrong, both will work at the same time but the pressure of the water that comes out is very light when both head are running at the same time. Overall, I am thrilled with the new shower head. It makes me feel like I am at a luxury resort. A small change made such a big difference!

Poor Performance Delta shower head
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Delta In2ition 5-setting two in one shower head is somewhat of a let down. The shower head has low flow and it is terribly obvious, it took forever for me to get my hair thoroughly wet, shampoo rinsed. The water flow despite changing the settings is too soft, So the value of low flow to save water is really not saving water at all because it takes too long to wet or rinse appropriately. There is a button on the front lever of the small head that allows the water to be turned off while you soap up,and when detached from the large head, changes flow settings but the change in settings is so minute that you really can barely tell that it has switched to a different mode. When all together it has a lever behind and to the right of the shower head, again very hard to tell that there is a change in water pattern except it gives a very large overall soft water flow. This just didn't really have any great water settings that would make me say "wow" so for this one I give it a 3.

Nice shower feature
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cool shower head. I like that I can get several types of water flows. I also like that the handle can be removed from the base and the is water flowing from both the base and the handle. I can remove the handle to clean my body or the shower itself. The shower head looks very nice. The handle is easy to remove and put back into the base.
The flaws that I find is that the shower head and the base seem to be made of plastic but it is a strong plastic and is holding up well.

Gives me a spa feel!

The best shower ever.

I have alot of problems and I have to sit in the shower, with this I can have part in my hand to use and still have the water on me like a regular shower. It really helps when my back is hurting, the way the water comes out relaxes my back pains. I wish I would have had this shower at least 10 years ago. I'm gonna make sure everyone I know, knows about this and definitely tries it. My husband loves it also.

I have this product in stainless steel. There are two plastic pieces that hold the handheld part in place inside the larger head. One of those pieces are missing, so the handheld shower head won't stay connected to the larger head. How do I replace?

the mode selector on my shower head kept getting harder and harder to move. It finally broke today. In reading reviews it seems to be a common problem. how can i fix it. the product was purchased sometime in December 2018 as part of a remodeling.

What is the difference between the Delta 58469-SS-PK and 58045-SS?

Thank you for your question. The differences between the models 58469-SS-PK and 58045-SS is the back side material of the actual showerhead and length of the hose assemblies. The 58045-SS hose assembly is longer it is 69 inches and the back side of the showerhead is a gray plastic. The 58469-SS-PK has 60 inch hose assembly and the back side of the showerhead is chrome non metallic material.

Can the water sense be disabled

Thank you for your question. The Delta 58569-PK shower unit flow restrictor to allow this unit to be Water Sense labeled is non-removable. Removing or attempting to remove the restrictor may result in voiding any warranty the unit may carry.

can this be connected to one of our lsiding mounting bars instead?
The hose size is limited, so I'd rather connect it to your sliding bar and then I can install the other end of the hose at a lower height in the wall

I have a Delta shower in bronze and wanted to switch to have the hand held nozzle. Could I buy this shower head and simply switch out the nozzle?
