The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look — with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. Delta WaterSense labeled faucets, showers and toilets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard — helping you save water without compromising performance. Spray controller broke off in my 72 year old hand!
The lever that changes the type of spray pattern has always been difficult to move so we just keep it on one or two settings. Today it finally broke off in my hand. It is stuck on my least favorite setting. The bronze coating is flaking off on the cord. This wasn’t cheap, so disappointed cause our entire house is Delta.

Love this showerhead! Just the right amount of spray settings. I actually replaced the same model I bought 7 years ago.

Incomplete parts in kit and need to replace!
Trim unit arrived with box and Delta plastic on the outside of the box but missing the temperature control handle. I called Delta parts who indicated I would receive the part in six days and did not receive it. I guess I will need to return total trim kit and buy another?

Not happy
Having issues with the hand held head does not stay in main head

Unhappy customer
I have had this shower head for 5 years. Paid good bit of money for it and the thing that drew me to this purchase was the lifetime warranty. I had a part break on the inside shower head and called in about it and they no longer carry it and the part that broke off of it is not warrented anyway they said. Well in my opinion this is just an out and out deception on Delta. I will buy another brand over Delta any day! paid over $200.00 for this faucet head and let down big time. My advice don't waste your time on expensive lifetime warranty things from Delta!

Replaced a 7 year old In2ition
The improvements on this one are fantastic such as the handheld pause button is now a switch rather than a button!! Also the different modes such as the massage selection actually work much better and works well with the shower head on! So glad that the old one broke as this one is much better! Please note that the plumber purchased these direct from Delta rather than a big box store version.

What is the warranty on the In2ition handheld wand?

Our warranty is, All parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed. Is there a replacement part for the hand shower unit? Ours kept falling from the shower until now when it broke down. Can I have this fixed or need to replace the whole thing?
