The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. Great Shower Head!
This is a great shower head. It was easy to install, and it has a lot of water pressure. Be sure to buy the 2.5 GPM if you want lots of water pressure. The detachable wand is great for cleaning the shower.

Great Features
This In2ition head is one of my go-to choices for clients who want a shower wand option without having to touch their existing tile. The head features a large spray pattern from the wall and multiple spray options for the wand. It's the best of both worlds.

Ain’t worth the money!
We are on our second shower head due to a cheap plastic knob on the handheld and the same knob has broken again today. The first one broke just over a year ago and Delta sent a new one but I had a feeling it wouldn’t last long and guess what, it barely made it 1 year! I called customer service and the first girl I spoke with was supposed to send me a link to send them pictures to. I called back about an hour later and the second girl I spoke with said “Yeah it looks like she didn’t send it.” This girl sent me the link, I forwarded the pictures and then I got busy at work. I called back about 4 hours later and I was given the run around with customer service because I couldn’t remember when the original shower head was installed. This woman was rude and was doing everything she could to get off the phone with me. I’ve had plenty of Delta shower heads in faucets in the multiple houses I’ve lived in and even put some in at my firehouse without any issues. All were made of high quality materials but this one, not so much! It is not worth my time or money anymore! Delta…do better!

Master Bath Remodel 2 Yrs Ago
Solid brushed nickel and absolutely love this shower head. I bought it with resale of my home in mind because for me I only use the one spray option and both the handheld and entire shower head work as expected. Moving to a new home and will buy again.

Is this a full metal shower head? Want one that is not plastic

Thank you for your question. The Delta 58569-25-PK In2ition 2-in-1 Shower Unit is non-metallic. All of our current shower units are non-metallic. This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Please know that all of our products are tested to ensure long-lasting use and have a Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 58569-25-PK In2ition 2-in-1 Shower Head measures 6 13/16" (173 mm) in diameter. The hand shower measures 3 11/16" (94 mm) in diameter. The shower head does swivel and angle left/right and up/down to adjust to your liking.

1. Does the shower head (both parts) contain plastic? 2. In addition to the In2ition shower head unit (two piece unit), we would like to add an separate hand held unit near the ADA wall-mounted shower bench. Is there a matching hand-held shower head?

Is the piece that threads onto the shower arm made of metal or plastic?

My water pause button is clogged with what I believe is mineral build up. I tried soaking it in vinegar and baking soda with boiling water but it did not help. Please help, this product is still new and it is expensive.
