The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. Bought 2 for new walk in shower. Both leak.
Purchased 2 of these for a new walk in shower. Both leak where they attach to the goose neck. Have disassembled several times and near as I can tell it is a manufacturing defect. Seal is in tact. Goose neck is delta as well as valve. Very disappointed for the cost of these. They also feel ultra flimsy. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great showerhead
I chose this showerhead because of the higher flow rate. I'm used to low flow showerheads, so this one felt luxurious. Plenty of water so you don't have to move around to get wet. The detachable handheld portion feels solid. I love the options of directing the water to the handheld, the showerhead, or both. This showerhead is worth the money. I'd buy it again in a second.

Great Shower Head-Great Flow
We have yet to install this shower head for our use in a home remodel, but have experience with the model from previous use in another house over several years. This head is sturdy, well made and does what Delta says it will do. The flow is great and consistent unlike the more restrictive flows of other heads including Delta's, that the water police have foisted upon us. Thanks for a great product .

not worth the money, buy it for looks only Part 2
I have replaced this shower head with a Moen 200H0BRB Hydro Energetix Handheld Shower, Mediterranean Bronze, and for 37.95 it outperforms the delta shower head in every single way.
I also tested a AquaCare High Pressure 8-mode Handheld Shower Head for 44.99 and it also outperformed the Delta shower head in every single way.

not worth the money, buy it for looks only.
Purchased from amazon and its not worth the 275$ price paid. even with 2.5gpm the jets are week compared to the water pic shower head. It looks nice, but I thought for the price i was getting looks and quality. just got the looks. Its really just not a good shower head. if you turn off the hand held while its clipped it (feels like it will break when you place it) the void were you expect water is awkwardly unpleasant.

Works well
I installed this in a guest shower that previously had a fixed shower head. I mainly wanted it as a tool for rinsing down the shower stall after cleaning. But the bonus is that guests love it.

Is this a full metal shower head? Want one that is not plastic

Thank you for your question. The Delta 58569-25-PK In2ition 2-in-1 Shower Unit is non-metallic. All of our current shower units are non-metallic. This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Please know that all of our products are tested to ensure long-lasting use and have a Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 58569-25-PK In2ition 2-in-1 Shower Head measures 6 13/16" (173 mm) in diameter. The hand shower measures 3 11/16" (94 mm) in diameter. The shower head does swivel and angle left/right and up/down to adjust to your liking.

1. Does the shower head (both parts) contain plastic? 2. In addition to the In2ition shower head unit (two piece unit), we would like to add an separate hand held unit near the ADA wall-mounted shower bench. Is there a matching hand-held shower head?

Is the piece that threads onto the shower arm made of metal or plastic?

My water pause button is clogged with what I believe is mineral build up. I tried soaking it in vinegar and baking soda with boiling water but it did not help. Please help, this product is still new and it is expensive.
