Champagne Bronze with Lumicoat
I paid extra for the Lumicoat Champagne Bronze but it will still tend to get water spots. I do my best to dry it thoroughly after each use but if not wiped clean after one use, the spots are there. The good thing is that, so far, they will wipe off with a good dry towel.
While the magnet tends to secure the spray wand better than others I've had, I wish the spray wand could be adjusted while secured to the shower head. As well as the additional wall mount that comes with it. It's a fixed position so the water sprays straight out at you and I'd prefer to be able to adjust the angle while still securing it with the magnet.
The blast spray on the side of the spray wand does help with maintaining a clean shower.
Disappointed that the dimensions page shows that the hose included is 60-82". Mine is barely 60" and I would prefer it to be a little longer.
I've had it for about a month now.

Good design. Be gentile with plastic parts.
I purchased one of these and liked it so much that I bought two more to convert other bathroom showers in our home. The design is really smart and useful. However, some of the parts are delicate plastic. While installing one of the hose assemblies I had difficulty aligning the threads, and when I tightened it an internal plastic piece broke, necessitating an expensive replacement purchase. I was being careful too, so while the design is great, anyone looking to purchase should understand that the materials could be a lot better, in my opinion.

Pretty and functional
We're happy with this shower head and arm attachment. It's very pretty - and works well with our other brass shower accessories. We like that we can use the shower head and arm independently or both together. It was also easy to install. We purchased the matching shower pipe and flange independently, and used an existing pipe opening to attach it. Unfortunately, the existing pipe opening is high up on our shower wall, and as a result, my wife is unable to reach the knob that switches functions from shower head to arm. Our easy solution is keeping the water on for the arm attachment, only, when I finish showering.

This does use plastic parts. The hose and magnets are metal. Nonmetallic parts are used to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality product.

Is this system going to coordinate with the polished nickel Trinsic line and what shower neck will coordinate? I have a 50 year old shower that is being totally replaced. What trim kit or other parts will I need with the Pivot Pro 3 in 1? Thank you.

Model 58600-PN-PR25 is the polished nickel version as the 58600-SS-PR25 model is the stainless steel finish. This model is not exclusive to any particular collection. For a shower-only application we recommend the R10000-UNWSHF rough-in. Please see the following links for valve trim kits in the polished nickel finish.

Is R10000-UNWS a compatible rough in valve? And seeing the diverter is part of the exterior of the shower head the valve trim (part that turn on water) need only be a single function correct?
