Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding performance We are California residents and our region is in the midst of an "extraordinary drought". As such, we have rightfully been asked to reduce our water consumption by 20% and I'm afraid that's only the beginning. When my husband and I took a hard look at where we might be wasting water we realized that our showers were one culprit. We were just wasting water when we shampooed, shaved and did other ablutions during our showers. To help with that we wanted a new shower head that had a "pause" mechanism and one that maximized our already very reduced water pressure. This Delta shower really delivers excellent water pressure and the pause feature is saving us lots of water. Win, win and win. It's pricy, but a satisfying shower is one of life's simple pleasures and I'm glad we can still indulge in that in an environmentally sensitive way. Also, super easy to install yourself.

The shower head is continuing to drip even after I have turned off the shower. What could be the cause? The shower is only a year old.

Hi Ted14, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that flushing the H2Okinetic&reg; In2ition&reg; 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower MODEL#: 58620-PR-PK could resolve this issue. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute. Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. This means that the pressure-balancing spool is moving freely, as it should. Is the faucet supposed to still leak when the pause is pressed? When switching from handheld and back? We just installed and not sure it's working properly as water leaks out from all areas regardless if using handheld or overhead.

We're redoing our bathroom and plan to use brushed nickel hardware...faucet, shower head, etc. We like this shower head but are unsure of what color to order. The picture of polished nickel seems 'yellowish'. What color would you suggest we order?

Correct the R10000-UNWSHF is our high flow valve, which is used for shower only installation. Any of our trim kits T13/14, T17, and 17T would accept this valve. Is there a way to make the head swivel more to the side? I have installed in a shower with a rainhead above to the right. The head will pivot up and down but does not seem to have much movement left or right. Does something need to be adjusted?

Why is this model much more expensive than a similar one 75510 I found in Lowe&rsquo;s ?

They both have 5 spray settings and the same flow rate. One difference would be styling. The back of the 58620-PK has a chrome finish, while the back of the 75510 is gray. Delta Faucet products can often be found for less than our list prices from dealers and retailers that carry our products.
