If you plan on rotating this shower head in and way assume it will break. Im on my 4th one and each one broke within 1 month of install because the nust is plastic and the ball joint to too tight for the material type. Very obvious design flaw.

Not Delta standard
No longevity. We had this installed about 18 mos ago and the last couple of months the button on the hand held compresses down and gets "stuck" making it impossible to switch sprays. Loved the shape of the hand held but would not purchase again.

This is a winner
Love this shower head. The removable spray handle makes rinsing privates easy, washing only your head and hair easy as well as makes cleaning and rinsing shower walls less of a chore. (We have a small shower). The water pressure from the main head is great.

Shower head not as flexible
The shower head is not very flexible to position where you need it. The handheld is challenging for short adults to remove and re-attach. The hose also is too short when you have an existing mount higher than usual. Will be moving it to the guest bath.

Makes showering easier
This is our second shower head like this. It is so great we bought one for our other bath. It is easy to use and makes it possible to combine bath and shower, with handheld. I use it to wash hair in the tub in this bath and to shave my legs in the first shower I bought it for.

Can this product be used with an adjustable shower arm? My project is a retrofit, and the present shower arm is not high enough. I have never seen a picture of one of these mounted to an adjustable arm. Perhaps an Offset Arm would be better. thank you.

I recently installed the In2ition® H2Okinetic® 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower in Champagne Bronze in my master bathroom. I'm very pleased but find it impossible to keep the finish from looking awful from water spots. Is this normal? What can I do?

Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward.

I just bought a model # 58620 In2ition and trying to install it but water still coming out from the shower head to the hose, actually between the hose and the nuts. What's the solution?

The hose uses a rubber gasket to seal the connection. To first troubleshoot the leak, unscrew the connection and check that the gasket is present and is not folded or bent.
A set of 5 replacement gaskets are available as 4959BG. Or, please contact us directly for further assistance.

Where can I get an image that shows which shower head settings go with the 5 types of sprays? And how to I set it up to use just the handheld?

Rotate the lever on the showerhead to change between the five settings. Three showerhead only settings, full-body spray plus hand shower, and hand shower only.
We have pictures on our website showing the different sprays and the lever position. Move the lever down for hand shower only.

Do you recommend an extended shower arm ie 7" when installing this product? I'm thinking if not the way this product is designed it may be too close to shower wall. I also don't want to order additional parts if not needed. Please advise. Best, Robyn

The shower arm used with this showerhead would be up to the customer's preference. 7" is a typical arm length. For example the model T17489-PR includes this showerhead and a 7" shower arm.

I have an In2ition 5-setting two-in-one shower. When I screw the shower head tightly onto the arm, the head is upside down. I don’t see a “collar” on the head that I can loosen/tighten. Help!
The button on my hand sprayer is not working, is there a part number for just the hand sprayer so I can replace just that part?

We would recommend soaking the hand shower in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to break up debris, casing the button to not function properly.

I have a Delta in2itition 5-setting two-in-one shower - model 58620-PK & 58620-25-PK and need the piece that connects the hose to the shower head - it is plastic and is held inside the head by a center screw and is threaded on the other end for the hose
