Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hard to turn squeaky control knob I received a replacement 2 years ago for this problem and the buttons on the hand held head not working. Well now this one is doing the same thing. Feels like I'm going to break the squeaky control knob and hard to get the buttons to pop up. I'd there a fix for this?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Shower Head Combo I bought this two years ago and it was shining in the shower nicely. After two years it developed a crack at the neck of the attachment where it connects to the water pipe. It sprinkles water all the way to the mirror. Luckily I could use the attachment hand shower head with a hose connecting it directly to the water source so I could shower. I called Customer Service and were able to identify the unit since it has been discontinued and she sent me a new one. Very nice, thank you! I think there is a design flaw since the neck of the attachment is weakened being too narrow. It should've been a conical design to add strength.

But if all the button settings are pressed down the water pressure gets weaker, and everyone in our house has no idea how to reset the little buttons for the water settings ??? Once they're pressed down we cant get them back up ? Is there something we are missing??

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great idea I believe this is the unit I bought based on the picture. The holder for the hand-held piece doesn’t hold the hand-held piece so it has to hang down until I choose to use it. Not at all what I had in mind when I went shopping for a new shower head.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I hope this gets better with time I just began using my new shower head and I am hoping it gets better as I use it more. I am having difficulty figuring out how to turn the shower head on. It is so high up on the shower head I can hardly reach it which does not help any.

The hand shower “cradle” is too high to reach for my 5’1”” wife, thus she cannot reach the hand shower. Is there a hook or other attachment I can have installed to relocate the hand shower for easier access?  Pete

I bought this less than 4 years ago. The cord to the hand held device started spewing out water like a soaker hose with nothing coming out of the hand held shower head. I tried scrubbing the shower head to no avail. Can you tell me what is wrong?
