After about 4-6 months of use the button that changes the water flow settings stopped working. Now it is stuck between two settings and I just get a weak, bland shower experience. This happened with three of the same units. Not happy and won't buy again due to poor product design. Three strikes, you're out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What an improvement! I had a 2011 Delta hand-held 2.0 gpm shower head. I have only had one shower with this new shower head, and I am very enthusiastic about it. Even though it has the same gpm as the old shower head, the experience is markedly different. I had it on the regular spray setting and felt very stimulated and awake afterwards. I can't wait to try the other settings. The design is a bit clunky, and that's probably because they are trying to get a lot of functionality into a small volume.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like the length of hose and the massage pressure of the water. I had a fall that crushed all discs in lower lumbar and this massage is great. Being partially disabled I have to some times use a chair in the shower due to not being able to stand for long. The long hose and the great massage with really good water pressure helps my back and helps me to shampoo my hair with out nearly falling over. I love this and recommend people with weak back or legs to invest in this. We are planning on adding a bathroom down stairs and we will purchase another one of these ourselves.

Flow restrictor

I live where the water pressure is only about 45 PSI. I have one of your 5-settings hand-held shower heads. I can see the flow restrictor in the &quot;handle&quot; of the head, but can you tell me how to remove it?

Dear BobbyT, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta H2Okinetic 5-Setting Hand Shower 55445 has a flow rate of 2 GPM at 80 PSI. All manufacturers of faucets are required to put &ldquo;restrictors&rdquo; in their products. The removal of such water conservation devices would void the warranty of the product. In addition, we would suggest checking with your local municipality to see if there are restrictions for not using the water conservation devices the manufacturer puts in place. If you are having a low flow issue, you will want to check for debris accumulation and flush any potential debris from the faucet and supplies. Best regards, Tanya

Can I use This hand shower with an Addison Valve Trim Only?

Hi Ana, Thank you for your question. You can use the model 54445-PK shower arm mount handshower with the Addison valve trim only model T14092. You will have to also order the RP6023 shower arm and RP6025 shower arm flange to attach the showerhead as the parts do not come with the valve only trim. Thanks, Dave

I tried a different shower head in a bath showroom that uses the H2O Kinetic technology and I loved it. But we have very hard water and want the &quot;self-cleaning&quot; rubber nozzles. Does the H2O Kinetic function use the rubber nozzles?

Adjustment Angle

Our plumbing supplier had us purchase an In2ition head which does not angle down very much for our needs due to our small 3x3 shower. The stream bounces off the glass at the lowest angle. It is mounted on a shower arm. They have agreed to exchange for another unit. How much does this unit angle down? The picture doesn't give a clear indication that I would be able to point this in a more downward direction so that the stream hits in the shower base, not the glass or wall tiles.

I have a 10yr old Delta 51405-RB (Addison) shower assembly and the hand wand face blew off and I am unable to place it back on the wand. Is the replacement hand shower wand the 59445-PK (Venetian color) and will it fit on the existing shower hose?

We've had this hand held shower for a few years now and it's the best we've ever experienced. Unfortunately, the adjustment lever has become extremely difficult to move. Can it be cleaned or lubricated to make it easier to adjust?

shower head 59445 in black installed in master bath of new apt. It was mounted on a hose but that mounting was too low. Don't want to tear out tile to remount. Is there any extension or head that would have a longer handle for few more inches
