A good shower head
This Delta shower head looks like metal but it is plastic! It works really good but needs to be cleaned every few months with vinegar to burn off the lime residue. If you buy any Delta product, do not forget to register your purchase so when this plastic item breaks, Delta will replace it free of charge!
Delta has really good warranty service.

Dangerous
When you pause the shower head and select on scolding hot water sprays for 5 seconds before returning to normal temp. Make sure shower is pointing away when you turn it back on or YOU WILL GET BURNED

I was led to believe that the pause button would shut off the water. When I called for information, the person I spoke to couldn't understand what I wanted.

Cheap plastic
This should be made of metal instead of cheap plastic. It says in the advertising it is chrome and you would think chrome would be plated metal and not plated plastic. This is over rated and over priced junk.

Where does it say in the lit. that it has a dbl. check? I will need this for my survey.
I am the director of maintenance in a nursing home and will need this information for the inspector. I purchased 5 of these but will need that info. Thanx

Thank you for your question. The Delta 59462-B-PK Hand Shower Unit does not include a hose assembly. Any of our Delta hose assemblies will work with the hand shower unit. The Delta Hose Assembly U495D-60-PK will is great option. Here is a link to the hose assembly:
