Is the body plastic or metal? What hose and non-adjustable wall mount used with this model? thanks.
Thank you for your question, Mike! The 59567-PK single setting hand shower is non-metallic as metal is heavier, retains heat and is susceptible to corrosion. Part number RP33094 is the only stationary Hand Shower mount we currently offer however any of our hand shower hoses will work with this model and are also designed to fit with all of our mounts.

is the head chrome?
Thank you for your question, KRISTINE! Yes, the model number 59567-PK has a Chrome finish. This model is currently available in Stainless Steel (SS), Champagne Bronze (CZ), Matte Black (BL), and Polished Nickel (PN) as well.

Does this device have a backflow preventer? Our inspector is asking for the specs on it to see if it does.

the plastic washer on the hand shower broke - how do I find a new one

The Delta 59567-BL-PK is a universal hand shower that may be used in addition to any Delta Shower. It will fit any of our 1/2 inch hoses.
