Great Faucet
Very nice faucet and easy to install. Our bathroom counter looks very sleek and uncluttered. Cleaning it, is a breeze. My only complaint is the water pressure. Having said that is probably because I was coming from an older faucet to a new water compliant faucet.

Flawless faucet

I will be purchasing 3 more for other bathrooms. I did also purchase the soap dispenser and had my contractor drill a hole for it for the main bathroom downstairs. I love it.

Q&A
New 597-PD-DST leaks at handle. Instructions say handle pulls straight off, but not so with significant force. Hex set-screw aback spout (for handle?) comes with no Allen wrench, and none in my full set fits. Please help.

What material is the faucet made of?

What is the length of the pull down tubing? How far does the pull down nozzle extend to?

The length of the PEX supple lines is 28 1/2". The lines can be looped if area under the sink is limited.
