No pressure
This appears to be the ONLY bathroom faucet on the market with a hose, which I wanted for a large bathroom sink. Sadly I hate this faucet. There is absolutely NO pressure behind the faucet, and it would take forever to fill a sink. The hose doesn’t spray, just runs (that’s a feature that I was aware of, but I needed “something” to reach the corners of the sink) I used to have a Kohler bathroom faucet with a side sprayer, that also swiveled like a kitchen faucet. It worked great. Sadly Kohler discontinued that. Why don’t bathroom faucet makers offer functionality that is useful? Like some water pressure and a sprayer?

Very nice faucet! It’s a little too small for a house kitchen sink but worked great in our camper! It would probably work well in a bathroom as well! We love how easy it was to install. We will definitely buy this brand again.

Extremely Helpful
Delta Cassidy Single Handle Pull Down Faucet 597-SSPD-DST is attractive while also being extremely functional. I have it installed in my master bathroom and the pull down feature is heaven sent as it allows me to rinse off the sink quickly or to clean out toothpaste and other things my kids or husband have left in the sink. I highly recommend this faucet.

Our new Delta Single Handle Pull-Down Faucet is perfect, and everything was included in the box that was needed to install it.
The installation was a snap from start to finish, it was easy to complete.
The fact that the Delta Single Handle Pull Down Faucet uses at least 20% less water was a deciding factor in installing it.

Attractive Finish & Value Add
I love that this faucet is attractive while also being extremely functional. I have it installed in my guest bathroom and the pull down feature is great as it allows me to rinse off the sink quickly before guest arrive or to clean out toothpaste my kids have left in the sink.

Q&A
New 597-PD-DST leaks at handle. Instructions say handle pulls straight off, but not so with significant force. Hex set-screw aback spout (for handle?) comes with no Allen wrench, and none in my full set fits. Please help.

How do you clean out the aerator on this model? Is it a DST model. Do you need to use a "key?"
