Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well-constructed with beautiful finish Fine quality casting on brass base metal, with beautiful polished-nickel finish. (Hint: Keep a cloth handy to wipe up water splashes after each use and you won't have spots that you'll have to clean off later.) Installation was very easy with included wrench. Plastic (PEX?) supply lines and fittings were a new thing to me but went on well. Instructions could be clearer regarding the use of the additional supply line fittings--only needed if you want to trim the lines. I kept the lines original length and simply looped them around. Certainly, the finest quality faucet I've ever had.

How do I remove the metal pop-up piece from the sink?  The small lever on the back of the faucet raises and lowers the metal pop-up, but I cannot remove it completely to clean out hair from it.

Hi, JStar! Thank you for your question. There is a small pivot seal and gasket that would need to be unscrewed to remove the stopper from the horizontal rod underneath the sink. Once this is unscrewed off, you can remove the stopper from above the sink. Delta Faucet 597LF-RBMPU

Will this faucet fit on a 18"D x 24"W vanity with an undermount sink that measures 12"D x 15"W?

Hi SJHomeowner, Thank you for your question. The spout from the model 597LF-RBMPU measures 5-13/32" from the faucet center to the center of the water stream. The faucet should fit a sink bowl with your dimensions. Hello, I purchased model 597LF-RBMPU. Is it possible to convert the sink drain that came with this faucet to a "Push-Pop-Up" style, without having to purchase a whole new drain kit?

I purchased the Cassidy bronze singe faucet for bath. I need to fill the two holes on each side as they were 6 " and not 4". Are there bronze plugs available for purchase?

Do I need a thick deck mounting kit?

Reading reviews of another delta faucet I learned that some cannot be installed on standard 1 1/4" thick granite or quartz vanity top without also purchasing a delta thick deck mounting extension kit. Can this faucet be installed on 1 1/4 vanity tops or would I need to purchase an additional product? Thank you
