I put in half bath as I did not know if it was tough enough for multiple everyday useage. I am happy with having it in the half bath down stairs.

You have to have a series of rags and a lot of elbow crease to get the water spots off - and forget any calcium buildup in the open top of the spout. I would not purchase this again, and after buying a number of plumbing fixtures from both Kohler and Delta, would always recommend Kohler

Does the drain stopper come out?

My 598LF faucets in my quest bathroom will not give much hot water. The shower works fine. Other  faucets in the house that have single handle work fine. Any suggestions

Why has water flow slowed to a trickle on Cassidy faucet?

Hello Jo jo, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. We do recommend flushing the valve; It will allow the removal of debris in the lines. Here are the steps for flushing your faucet. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need Phillip's screwdriver and Start by popping the cap off the front of the handle. Then you would remove your handle with the screwdriver. Please pull the handle off of the cartridge, you will then find the cap and bonnet nut. Both the cap and bonnet nut would be unthreaded from the faucet. The next part you should see is the cartridge, please grab and pull it out. Then using needle nose pillars grab the brass insert and pull it out. Under the insert is the flow restrictor and this is where the blockage would be located, once cleaned follow the directions in reverse for reinstall. Please contact back with any further questions.
