You have to have a series of rags and a lot of elbow crease to get the water spots off - and forget any calcium buildup in the open top of the spout. I would not purchase this again, and after buying a number of plumbing fixtures from both Kohler and Delta, would always recommend Kohler

We bought this when we built our home in 2015. We LOVE the faucet. We have the 598LF-MPU in Polished Nickel. It is somewhat corroded and stained and I want to know how to remove the sediment. I have tried to wipe off and it won't

I am sorry this information was not readily available for our Delta Faucet CASSIDY™ Single Handle Channel Bathroom Faucet MODEL#: 598LF-PNMPU, and I am happy to help you! Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. We just redid our bathroom and I loved this 598lf stainless steel sink faucet we ordered and our contractor installed. The problem is it has been leaking from the handle side since shortly after installed which is very disappointing. How do we solve.

Hi Chris, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you with the Delta Faucet Cassidy™ Single Handle Channel Bathroom Faucet In Polished Nickel MODEL#: 598LF-PNMPU. Looking into this, I have found instructions on flushing your faucet, debris can cause the cartridge, not to seal properly. Please refer to the information below. I apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause. Please shut off the water supplies, gather your 1/8" Allen wrench, wrench, and strap wrench before we begin. 1. Please remove your handle with the 1/8" Allen wrench. There may be a button you can remove with your fingernails first. 2. Once you remove the handle, you should see the cap or sleeve assembly. Remove this with your strap wrench if you cannot remove it with your hand. 3. After the cap or sleeve has been removed, you should see a brass bonnet, please use your wrench to remove this part. 4. Your cartridge is now free to be removed. Under the cartridge is the flow restrictor, this can be removed and cleaned. 5. Please ensure there is no debris on the puck piece inside the valve. If there is, please grab q-tips or paper towels to clean it out. 6. You are now able to flush. Take a towel and wrap it around the base of the faucet, and place a bowl over the opening in the faucet. 7. Next, turn the water on at the shut-off and allow the faucet to flush out any debris in the faucet. 8. Once the faucet has been flushed out for 60 seconds, please re-insert all the parts and check for the leak. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer.
