Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely low flow Beautiful faucet, but very poor performance/water flow. Hired a plumber for professional installation and ended paying for putting my old faucet back on after seeing the small stream of water coming down from the faucet. On top of everything else, Delta, who should be backing up the quality of their products, makes the customer pay to return the subpar item back to them. I reached out to customer service, whose response literally was "I am sorry that you purchased a product that you no longer need"???? I have received better customer service assistance from small mom and pop businesses. Shame on you Delta and please don't bother responding to this review with insincere generic statements. Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive but worth it. Love this set! Installed 7 years ago and still looks awesome and works perfectly. Had my reservations about Delta, but this set is top quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Faucet Great contemporary facet! Read reviews about the water pressure but I think this is the way it is now. I find the pressure fine for what I use it for. If you wash your hair in the sink and have long hair it probably wouldn’t be ideal, but for anything else the pressure is fine.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stenier removal Beautiful faucet. Only complaint I have is I Cait remove stenier to clean it. The plastic tool will not let me remove it. Wondering if you have a quick fix for this problem. Thanks

Rated 2 out of 5 by from horrible water pressure, impossible to replace aerator THey look fine, but water just dribbles out of them, and you needs a special tool to remove the aerator. So disappointing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bad flow I have sufficient psi flow in my bathroom and I installed this faucet brand new. But the flow isn't strong and you would think with this price on the faucet they would put stainless braided hoses. It makes the faucet look cheap.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful design The faucets are a beautiful well constructed contemporary design. The only negative I have is the water restriction device which causes the flow to be minimal. This can be resolved if you have a good plumber do your installation

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks great, performs poorly Delta, do any of these faucets have decent water flow? if so, I would like to get one that does. Love the style but it barely has any water coming out of it. Our water pressure is above 65 psi, so that is not the problem. I have now read the reviews, I do not want to rebuild a brand new faucet that costs as much as this one. Please let me know if you have one that works correctly that you can send to me.

How do i get the water spots off my black matte faucet?

Asked by: Nancy
Hello! We recommend cleaning Delta Faucet products with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. If additional cleaning is required the following products are safe to use on all Delta Faucet finishes, when used according to the manufacturers’ instructions for use: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner Windex® Original Glass Cleaner Other gentle all-purpose or multi-surface cleaners may also be used. Please do not use anything labeled “all-purpose bathroom cleaner". Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Tim Digital Communications Specialist

Do you have a larger flow restrictor or a way I can remove it? Running 50 (pump on) to 65 (pump the off) psi and have a stream that takes 12 seconds to fill an 8oz cup. Also, can I order just the 3 hole adapter base parts?

Asked by: Mamesman
Hi, Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry to hear there is an issue with your faucet and we are more than happy to assist you. We always recommend a flush before installing a faucet as this will remove potential debris before it can enter our units. To ensure this is resolved fully we would like to go over a few potential causes. The issue that you have described is usually caused by a debris blockage in the lines. To locate that blockage you would need to flush out the valve body. To flush out the valve body, first remove the aerator or wand and turn off the water supply to the unit. It is helpful to use a chip clip or clothespin to prevent the hose from retracting into the spout. Remove the handle and cartridge. Inspect the bottom of the cartridge for debris and rinse this off carefully so as not to loose the orange or blue gasket. You will need to turn the water on just a little bit from out of the handle area to ensure no debris has fallen into the lines under the cartridge. Next, place a pitcher or bucket upside down over the open valve and turn the water back on full strength for 30 to 45 seconds. After the allotted time, turn the water off and reinstall the components. Please contact us if you have any further questions or if you need further assistance you may call us at 1-800-345-3358. We are open Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM central time, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday. Thank you for your cooperation. Best regards, Bethany

Will the drain fit a 1.75-in. Standard US drain opening?

Asked by: taimone
Hello Taimone, Thank you for your question. The threaded portion of the flange is 1 3/8" and the top surface diameter is 2 1/8". This assembly should work with a 1 3/4" diameter drain. However, the depth of the hole must be 1 5/8" to 2 3/8". https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-599-MPU-DST%20Rev%20C.pdf Best regards, Tanya

We purchased 3 of these faucets for our bathroom upgrades. 2 of the faucets water flow is not very good and the third one's is flat out terrible. Plumbers verified all are free from debris, and lines are clear. Just poor water flow. What a shame.

Asked by: Karen2237
Thank you for your question, Karen2237! Model 599-MPU-DST is a WaterSense® Labeled faucet designed to produce 1.20 gpm @ 60 psi. We would recommend checking the PSI to the home as well as the Stream Straightner, Flow Restrictor, and Filter Adapter for any sediment that could be lowing this flow rate. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have questions or need further assistance. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-L-599-LPU-DST_C.pdf Best regards, Edward

How does the handle come off

Asked by: Streetrod46
Hello, Thank you for your question! There are two versions of this handle. One uses a set screw which is covered with a button and removed with a 3/32" Allen wrench. The other handle type can be removed by pressing on it firmly while turning it counterclockwise to unthreads it from the valve. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-L-599-LPU-DST%20Rev%20G.pdf Please reach out with further questions! my plumber installed this faucet on 2 of our new bathroom sinks. One works fairly well but not great, and the other has very little flow. What can we do to fix it. The plumber suggests that perhaps you need to send a new one?

Asked by: Corine
Thank you for your question, Corine! Model 599-SSMPU-DST is a WaterSense labeled faucet designed to produce 1.20 gpm @ 60 psi, however if you are not getting this flow rate, removing and checking the aerator and flow restrictor for debris buildup should help. If not, please feel free to contact us directly for further assistance. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-L-599-LPU-DST_C.pdf Best regards, Edward
