Could you send the part numbers for the setup in the pictures with the adjustable bar, sprayer mount and hose please?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet hand shower 59915-BL25.
The pictured slide bar and mount are 56913-BL. The hose is U495D-BL60-PK. Wall elbow 50913-BL would also be needed.
